Review of AIMT

The course curriculum was good yet, at times, exhaustive. Our syllabus was updated as per the latest market trends. We studied various subjects like business economics, market analysis, financial management, etc. The course structure was pretty smooth, with exams scheduled at the end of every semester. An on-field internship was also part of our curriculum.

Placements are pretty decent here. Companies that visit our college to recruit students for on-campus placements are brand leaders in their own vertical. Some of these companies are HDFC, BMW, PayTM, Axis, etc. Packages offered is also pretty decent with an average package of around 5 LPA, etc.

Events are a prominent part of our annual session. We learned a lot from the curriculum, but the events and other such activities helped us relax and grow during a hectic session. Management fests and youth fests and plenty of other events are organized for the entertainment of students. Anugoonj was one such cultural fest that featured a number of inter-college competitions.

The fee structure was pretty heavy on my pocket. That's why I took a student loan for paying the fee. My total course fee was around less than 3 lacs which is way less than other B-Schools. On top of that, decent placement packages offered by the students made it a college wit one of the best ROI.

Hostel accommodations offered by the college was also pretty decent. Students have to pay the annual hostel fee at the beginning of the year, which is 66,000 INR. This includes accommodation charges, food, electricity charges, etc. My hostel stay was very comfortable and had that personal touch which made my overall AIMT experience a memorable moment of my life.

My admission was done on the basis of CAT exam scores. Our college also accepts other management level entrance scores like XAT, MAT, etc. Interested students have to apply via online mode with all the relevant academic details. The next round was the GDPI round and students who cleared these rounds were eventually granted admission. I opted for this college because of the reputation of the college.

We were blessed with some of the finest faculty members in the teaching domain. We learned a lot from them, personally and professionally. They all were pretty dedicated and supportive towards us. They kept us busy with the assignments and ppt presentations. I am still in touch with some of my faculty members.
