Remarks
My journey with the college was pretty interesting. I learned a lot, enjoyed a lot and then the career direction supported by the guidance of our faculty. College infrastructure was great and the campus life was pretty awesome. The lush green surroundings never allowed any sort of pressure to build up.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was pretty thorough and informative. First two semesters were dedicated towards imparting knowledge regarding general MBA, where we studied a wide variety of subjects. Core subjects included economics, finance, management, operations, etc. In addition to that there were some elective subjects to study as well.
Placement Experience
Placements were pretty ordinary in our college. HCL, capgemini and many other IT companies were among the frequent recruiters of our college. Our placement wing was pretty supportive throughout the recruitment process. Still the packages which are being offered to us could have been better.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For two year program, I paid 54,000 INR only. Fee structure was very much affordable. VISIT college is providing us a very nice opportunity for the under-privileged students to fulfil their dreams of higher studies.
Hostel Facilities
Our college also provides accommodation facilities at pretty nominal prices. I applied for the hostel during the admission process and the level of comfort I availed being a part of the hostel was surmountable. All the facilities in the hostel were above par. Infrastructure was okayish.
Admission
I applied to the college with my academic details including graduation marks and entrance score. Shortlisted candidates are invited on the basis of merit. The counselling round went pretty smoothly. I opted for this college since many of my cousins have studied here.
Faculty
Faculty was qualified and experienced. They all had relevant degrees from reputable institutes. We shared a profound bond with them. They were very accessible and eager to help us out. We had lot of fun and exchange of ideas with them. Most of them had a min. of 5 years of experience working in the corporate sector and their experience which they shared with us was very helpful.
