Remarks

My college is very good. It has all the basic facilities. It provides very good atmosphere for the students to study and better their life. Library is provided to help the students to study till late in night.

Course Curriculum Overview

You have to pass out to get your degree. It requires 4 and half years. Exams are conducted in 2 ways : Theory and practical exam. Theory exams are writing answers to the questions in specified time and Practical exams are in labs and they ask questions in the end.

Placement Experience

Our college has hospital where after you complete your MBBS, you’ll have to train there for one year. They give stipend like ?. 3000. The amount varies yearly, our seniors were satisfied with the amount.

College Events

Our college celebrates many festivals like Karnataka Rajyotsava. It gives holidays for Christmas, Ramazan, Ganesha Chaturthi. We have college fest which will be for 7 days, we have Graduation day for seniors and freshers day for new juniors.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee for management students is expensive but for merit students is affordable. Management students are expected to pay in instalments yearly. They should pay the fees regularly, they give timely notification is you miss it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Many scholarships are available for merit students. They get scholarships yearly. Some minor castes also get scholarships for their mess, hostel fees. And they have to provide proof to avail these scholarships.

Campus Life

Yes, we do have many extracurricular activities like sports during the college fest. We also have many workshops organised from the college. More number of girls are there. There is also anti- ragging club.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very friendly here. They help us in very way. They help us to understand the rules here. They are like friends, in hospitals they help us in taking cases. They also help by giving us their books, records etc

Admission

By Management seat. We had to pay money to buy the seat. There will be 20 seats for management and another 80 seats for NEET. Those who approach the college early will get the management seat. You should have minimum marks in NEET to book your seat.

There are good number of teachers here to take care and help the students. Teachers are qualified and they are interested in teaching the students. They make sure everyone understands them and they help to improve.

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and relevant for exams but not for real world applications. I feel let the parts of body I was specially fascinating so I like anatomy very much and we also got a very good teacher, the curriculum is very good for examinations however the real wall applications of this curriculum is very little, they should be more real life applications and whatever the latest technology than studies are happening the student should get the latest info about them, timing between two exams in an internal semester should be a little more such as a day or two because we do not get time to prepare the subjects curriculum very well for the examination.
