My college - [RTCIT], Ranchi

I would like to give a negative remark since in a college only studying is not everything. A student grows and shines with the extracurricular activities but these shiners are missing and apart from good faculties the college cannot offer placement which is a down mark. I would not suggest this college for any student under any circumstances.

Here, the B. Tech course is offered with a variety of streams to choose from as per the marks obtained in the 12th board and the seats available. The streams are CSE, IT, EEE, Mechanical, and CIVIL. The research and course curriculum consists of practical classes and theory classes which are good and between hectic or chilled depending upon the experiments.

The job placement system is not up to the mark. The college doesn't provide any kind of stipend, but the students can apply for scholarships who are BPL and can pay their fees in that way. Otherwise, the college is very strict about its policies and protocols.

There are so many days celebrated in the college but none of them are enjoyable since the college doesn't seem to be much interested in these things neither the students take a stand for these things. The extracurricular activities seem here to be a joke.

The fee structure is feasible in comparison to other private colleges all over the country which offers B. Tech course. The avg. The cost of 1 semester of college is around 30000 that is 60000 for a year.

The ekalyan scholarship is quite good and can be applied by any student of the college. This scholarship can pay off a 1-semester fee and comes in time after the application by the student in the ekalyan portal.

No such extracurricular activity takes place in this college. The sports department is dull too. No one takes interest in sports or extracurricular activity in this college also the equipment and other this is also useless since they are too outdated.

My seniors were awesome as they helped and supported me in all the ways possible, either financially, emotionally, or academically. They also taught the manners and antiques an engineer should have and also helped in studies.

I gave the JCECE entrance exam and got qualified in the first 1000 to gain the first seat allotment then I went to the allotment center in namkom, Jharkhand. After which when my roll no. Was called and I went inside and chose my seat.

The faculty of this college is quite good or can say they have quite a long experience in teaching and have a vast knowledge about their particular subjects. The teachers are very helpful. They may help you anytime. All one needs to do is just ask and the doubts will be cleared.
