Remarks

The college has immense heritage but they are not passed to upcoming generation completely. The infrastructure of college is necessarily should be improved in aspects in teaching, cleanliness of toilets, frequent cleaning and canteens of minimum cost etc

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The syllabus for Microbiology and biochemistry are good and helpful. The syllabus contains important information. Practical experiments are also very good. These experiments are helpful for joining industries

Placement Experience

1.5

The placements are very poor. There is less chances of campus selection. Very few opportunities are there. That to which is confined to some group of students. Campus selection for all students should increase without bias

College Events

3

The cultural events are quite remarkable. There are opportunities for everyone. In the beginning there is a search for talent then they are selected and allowed to compete in inter college competitions. Every year yureka cultural fest is organized and bunch of talents is exposed

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is based on merit list and reservations. There is both government and payment seats. Government seats are quite affordable but payment seats are very costly. Students who are desired to take the course are need to pay more money

Fees and Financial Aid

Based on the caste there is scholarship for both sc,st, and obc students. Vidyasri for obc students. Online application is taken and scholarship is given for the students. Every year there is scholarship for the students

Campus Life

2

The labs are good very useful for the students to explore their knowledge. Students interested in sports have opportunities and they can compete in various competitions. Students with talent of different interests can also participated in singing, dancing, debate etc

Hostel Facilities

2

No I have not opted for hostel. But my friends are in the hostel not all but a few. The hostels are need to improve more in terms of facilities regarding food, cleanliness, good environment for students to encourage their academics

Alumni/Alumna

In the beginning of college freshers day is conducted where students who are successfully completed the course and who are at the top placements are known to meet. Students can inspire from them and they will bring relief that we can achieve something in life

Admission

It is a life science course and also applied subjects. It is basic subjects to join industries such as pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Microbiology and biochemistry are interesting subjects

Faculty

3

The faculty is not enough because most of them are temporary so the bond between students and teachers are not built. The bond is very important to make students involve in the subject. The teachers should have an attractive personality.

Now the syllabus has changed. New emerging technologies trends and subjects are introduced in new curriculum. Data science, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security are now taught. Practical marks are reduced to 50 marks. Term end examinations are conducted twice in a year. Exams are not that difficult. Usually previous year questions appear in the exams.

The course curriculum at Scaler School of Technology is one of the key reasons. I chose this program. The projects and assignments are very practical and similar real start-up-like curriculum prepares a well for job roles in the top deck. Companies' concepts like DSA, oops, DBMS operating system and even an interview role built into the structure.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the 5th semester. The university also conducts placement drives and skill development workshops. Out of the various companies, some of the reputed ones include Goldman Sachs, KPMG, EY, Deloitte, De Shaw, etc. The average package is around 7 to 8 lakhs but 60% students opt out from placements for further education. I plan to study a master's degree in business economics after my undergraduate studies.

There is no such thing as placements for now (in 1st year here) but in our second year, we have placement support here. We have compulsory internship at our Second year. We only have 2 batches, 1st Year and 2nd Year. But for now, among our seniors 60% of them hold internships and others are either building something or scaling their skills. For now, we don't have any placement records but according to scaler academy, it will be aroung 24 Lakhs.
