Chandigarh university

I have negative remarks for college because in this university students came to college only for attendance not for studying and knowledge.I a student detain in one subject then fine for 1 subject lies between 5000-9000 per subject.It is another way of earnings for college

Course curriculum is not relevant to the degree mostly. There are many subject which are not needed and the number of subject increase.There are 2 mid semester exams and 1 end semester exam in 1 semester.

Yes placements are held in our university for almost all courses and internship are also provided by the university.But no.of students who get job is very less and stipend is also very less sometimes.

There are many events and festivals and fest that are celebrated in our university.Many celebrities came here for every fest.Almost in every one or two month a fest is celebrated and celebrities came.

Fees is very expensive and every year fees is increasing according to me fees for becom is very much even other courses are also very expensive.I am paying 40000 for every semester.Which is not around 50000+.

I don't any scholarship so i don't know much about it but yes they give scholarship to reserved categories like SC ST 's.There is a test called CuCet which may give scholarship to new students in university.

Yes there are extra curricular activities held in university.But some are useful and some are useless.Sports, quiz etc.These kind of extra curricular activities are held in university on regular basis.

Hostel facility is also there but food is not good.I would rate 3.5 out of 5 for hostels.There is tight security for hostels.Behaviour of some wardens were also very bad and they talk rudely with students.

There is no connection of juniors and seniors.They don't even know each other.It doesn't matter that much.So i can't explain my experience in this section because there is no network between junior and senior.

I choose this college over IPU delhi which was a wrong decision for me.If we talk about admission.We can reserve seat by paying 10000 Rs in advance anthen we can pay rest money at the time of admission.

The faculty of this college is new or fresh.Mostly young teachers are there.No.of experienced teachers is very less.Some teachers don't have enough knowledge about subject.Teacher do not have enough experience.
