Remarks

Good infrastructure, fooding and accomodation. Adequate teacher student ratio. Helpful staffs and good environment to learn and practice. To polish and learn new skills etc. The only negative thing about the college would be the exorbitant fines asked by them at the end of every academic year.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I'm really happy with the course I'm into, I've learnt many new things about my field which I never thought possible. The exams are conducted annually. In between we have two internal papers and one Pre University exams.

Placement Experience

2.5

Our college provides internship of one year under the norms of DCI. During the internship the interns are posted in each department for about 1 month. And 3 month for public health department to emphasize on the need of public awareness and educate the public.

College Events

2.5

Zeal which later changed its name to Pheonix. Is conducted once every year, it showcases the talents of the students and lets them experience a wide variety of culture from all over my country. The activities are based on the choices of the students and are conducted according to their norms.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite feasible if compared to the rest of India. The fees are paid annually an amount of 1.85 lakhs ? are deposited evey year for four years. Plus some lab fees and campus development fees amount to around ?10000 and an security deposit of ?10000 is deposited before the start of the session which is refundable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships provided by the central government is applicable for the eligible candidates. The college verifies the students and paper work are submitted to the college administration for further verification.

Campus Life

3.5

College provides a wide range of extracurricular activities, students can go to library or just hang out within the campus, badminton, volleyball, chess, carrom, cricket are few of the sports activities the college provides.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni and seniors are very helpful and the bind has become ever stronger. They seniors who are into private practice provide discount and hands on experience to juniors to further polish and sharpen their skills.

Admission

Through an entrance test NEET National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. After my 12th I appeared for NEET and got admitted to my current college for the course of BDS (Bachelor's of Dental Surgery) which is a 5 hear course.

Faculty

3.5

The faculties in my college grind us daily to bring the best in us. They are always available for help and are a constant motivation. The administration are well managed and all the staff including non teaching are readily available for help.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this course provide the tag I wanted , that's why I took this course . And bds itself provide specialization in teeth Like if we do MDS we would be a master in this field. For improvement I would suggest that they should use more flowcharts to teach . The frequency of exams is perfect, and I have heard that the difficulty level is increasing now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course over MBBS , I LIKE THIS BETTER , you're a specialised doctor just after graduating, you're ready for the outside world, to earn money , better career options . About exams, nothing is too difficult if you study properly. Its normal difficulty if you study its easy ,if you don't study its gonna be hard. Notes system should be removed . More tests should take place like fortnightly test . Dissection is a must.

Placement Experience:

Dentistry is not a semester based placement programme. After BDS, students can be employed in the private dental clinic of ITS itself, or they can secure jobs from big hospital names like Fortis, Clove Dental Clinics, Max and Apollo. • The average package of students per month has been 3 lakh rupees. My plans after the degree are to get a campus placement, and practise for some time. During this time i would be earning good money and focusing on my NEET MDS preparation at the same time.
