Remarks

No any negative remark. Everything is positive because everything is good in college there is no such thing about which I can complain. As I told earlier everything is positive in every aspect. Such a nice college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is definitely a good one if someone love design as well as maths. Exam are conducted for the same. It is good with respect to research. As we need to do more research on every topic for designing something

Honestly I don't have any idea about placement in my college. But I have listened from my seniors about placement but don't know exactly about the percentage. About companies also I have no idea. Stipend also I have no idea about it

College Events

Many events takes place in the my college. Many interactive session tooks place for increasing students knowledge. Cultural activities are also planned every year. They are celebrated on large scale.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is different for different categories. And it changes every year according to merit. For open category it is 17600 tentatively I guess. And gets decrease according to the category students belong

Fees and Financial Aid

There is not any scholarship provided by my college for taking the admission. But yes government offers scholarship according to their respective category and also merit. About loans don't have any idea

Campus Life

Many types of extra curricular activities takes place. And also there are many sports activities which college takes part in also students are motivated to take part in it. And it the most exciting part of the year

Alumni/Alumna

No any comment about alumni. but seniors are definitely very helpful they help there juniors in every way like the treat their junior like their siblings. Honestly they are very good by nature and it is taught to them by teachers

Admission

We get admission by passing the entrance exam for the course. We had to go through merit list for that. The more marks the easy is to get admission in the college. And there is passing criteria for passing this

Faculty

Faculty of my college is very good. They have deep knowledge of their respective subjects. The clear every doubt of students. Very patient and understanding teachers. They are very attentive towards each and every student.

Perfect infrastructure but more experience faculty needed

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

My college view

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.

Marathwada Mitra Mandal College of Architecture is the second architecture college in Pune. Over the years, the college has strived hard to maintain its quality of education. NATA to The Studio table, Everything you need to know about B.Arch

To study architecture you need to opt for Science in +2. After clearing +2, there is an entrance exam named NATA and JEE Paper 2. These exams are specifically for people opting for architecture feild. The eligibility criteria for taking these exams is minimum 50% marks in 12th and 50% Physics , Chemistry and Maths combined, same goes for Jee Paper 2. After Giving entrance exams the results are declared and then we need to opt for colleges we are intrested in and fill in the admission form. After the process, cut off list is declared and then you get to know the clg you are eligible to apply for.
