Our college comes under BPUT which is not the good university. The exam structure is fine. But the course curriculum can be made even better.

Placement Experience

No college does not provide any internships to students. But SC/ST students are getting stipen every year.I don't know much about placements. In-campus are not so good. but people are getting off-campus placements.

College Events

The following are celebrated in our college: teacher's day, annual sports day,annual function,ganesh Chaturthi, Saraswati puja and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. students are also stipends for fee structure.

Campus Life

Our college also gives priority to extracurricular activities. labs are very good.our college is selected as the virtual lab nodal center by IIT Kharagpur. sports like football and volleyball are given importance in our college.

Hostel Facilities

I'm not staying in hostel. Hostel facilities are very good.Rooms and toilets are regularly cleaned.Hostel fee charge is quite affordable.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Initially, senior students were not that supportive. but yeah it's manageable.I don't have any complaints regarding this topic.

Admission

I got admission through a faculty member who is a well-known person to my family.

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

ICT is best for Research and Internships

Placement Experience:

Most of people go for PHDs and research after this course so the number of placements is a little less. Also, this unique Integrated Mtech course is new and the first batch of this 5 year course soon will be passed out. They are getting placement offers of 8-8.5 LPA per annum.

Experience in my College

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, SAMSUNG visited and about 7 to 8 lakh rupees package they are giving. Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh rupees. About 70 percent students getting placed. I want to job in MICROSOFT.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.
