Review of college

The college itself is great with a huge diversity of students coming from various parts of the world and there is no ragging in this college and the education system is really good with great encouragement for extra-curricular activities

The course structure is maximum based on the core subject which is computer science. The exam structure consist of 1 semester examination along with 3 internal examination and assignments. The college gives a scope for research and entrepreneurship

The college provide many opportunities for internships and also with a stipend, not that high though. The college provides great campus drills with over 400 companies from various fields of industry.

There are many events which are celebrated. The biggest being AARUSH AND TEXUS which is an intercollegiate tech fest with both technical and non technical event. There are many club in each department which organise a particular event in the fest

The fee structure is based on ranks that a person acquires in the entrance examination. With the maximum tution fees is 3.5 lakhs per annum and there are separate charges for books and career development

There are various loan structures that a person can apply for. The banks which support loan structure are SBI hdfc which have a branch inside the campus. If the student is a topper he cam get a scholarship of 10-20%

There are many opportunities for a person who likes sports. There are various sports activities available. The labs are modern and up to date with the latest tech. Sports playes are encouraged to play on higher grounds

The hostel rooms are pretty clean with varites of hostels. AC rooms are available which are shared by 4 persons. There are no single rooms available. The washrooms are shared with both western and indian option

Senior students are helpful. If a junior asks for help then they are keen to help them and support them in every way possible. Alumni network is really strong in this college and there is alumni meet every year held at the campus

Entrance examination called SRMJEE is the only way of getting an admission. The exam dates are flexible and the exams are held in multiple cities and its an online test with three categories which are physics, chemistry and maths

The faculty present are well trained and understanding is easy. They use interactive mode of teaching methods which is helpful to understand. The majority of faculties are from chennai only except a few
