The course curriculum is simply planned well and executed to the best they can provide to students. Exams such as internal and external had 50% each was a greater advantage in doing our engineering. Lots of lab practicals related to mechanical and faculties were extraordinary. University always provided suitable faculties to a particular course. Two industrial visits were conducted during our engineering time. Lots of learning and knowledge gained from it.

Ford, Hyundai and Renault, Nissan, Saint Gobain. There were three sets of recruitment drives divided such as tyre 1, tyre 2 and tyre 3. 90% of the students got placed in the campus itself. University prepared and helped students for placements by conducting extra soft skill classes which are not conducted by many colleges in India. This is enough to prove the University’s strength.

Technical symposium such as combusted conducted by mechanical engineering students yearly. It gives a festive feel for all the students and participants from other colleges were also joined to make it a big success. The yearly cultural program will happen regularly in our college. Enjoyed the whole engineering life in srm university.

The fee structure was very very reasonable from their end. Easy fee breakdowns made and they will notify to our mail id to remind every student. The best ways provided to pay the college fees easily without any hassle. They keep the copy of receipts and generate it thru mails.

I didn't go for any loan or scholarships in srm university. So I didn’t know much about loans and scholarships.

Campus life was extremely extraordinary in srm university. What else a student can ask for. Srm university provided maximum facilities to make students happy and comfortable. Boys and girls were treated equally by staffs and professors. Extracurricular activities were enjoyable and conducted by each department to develop some knowledge related to their stream. On the whole we had a best UG Life in engineering which can be cherished forever.

Especially we had the best senior students in our mechanical department. They usually come around and help us to do things with ease. Friendly attitude and respected every student who approached them. Great experience following them to complete our engineering course. Very helpful.

Passion towards mechanical engineering dragged me to join here in srm University. Got selected through entrance exam conducted by Srmjee. Admission procedures were not that much difficult. The administration helped a lot in admission procedures. Had so many choices and finally decided to join srm. The major change in my life started from SRM.

There were 20-30 lecturers in each department to handle and all the subjects related to mechanical and conducted so many practical labs and tutorials to help students to gain more knowledge in a specific field. They gave their maximum to develop student’s career and did a fantastic job. Talented lecturers from the industrial field helped a lot in our whole engineering times.
