Entrance Preview

None, i didnt take any entrance examination for this college. I took a entrance test in college itself and i to passed in merit and they offered me fee concession. I opt this college as it is emerging college in my location hometown.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is equivalent to the govt college syllabus, even more. We enjoyed learning by interactive session through our lectures and professors. We got a A grade labs and automobile workshop, where we find stuffs which we learnt as a theory.

Internships Opportunities

We dont have the internship programs as we are mechanical engineering students. Though our college encouraged us to attend seminars, In plant training. We the team of 4 or 5 had went for inplant training for 6 companies. BHEL - Ranipet, Mettur Thermal Power Plant - Mettur Dam, Salem Steel Plant (SAIL) - Salem, Neyveli Lignite corporation - Neyveli , GB industries - Trichy.

Exam Structure

We had a 50 - 50 mark structure. Totally we had 3 internals in a semester. In those 3, they will take best 2 and will convert into 40 marks. 10 marks for communication skills, seminars and presence of mind the class rooms and subjects.

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

I chose this becoz i ran out of options as i appled to clat and wrote the exam and ended up with the not so gud clg in the north due to family i had to choose another clg but as its alreay become laye and most of the clg applications were closed i had no other chances and option so ended up here.
