An Amazing Place for MBA Learning

College Management has kept the promise that we have excellent Course Curriculum and faculty members. Mr. B. Srinivasan, Dean and Dr. K. Hariharanath are the real pillars of our department. Both of them ensure and encourage us that we get good opportunities to learn, research and shape the future of our disciplines and influence the larger world through our disciplines.

The first year includes foundations & professional core courses. In the second year, the program leads to dual specialization with marketing & HR/Operations/Finance. We have case analysis, projects & presentations and are also a part of internal marks. We must go for a two-month summer internship. Warehouse visits, company practices are also organized.

Deloitte, Zoho, HCL, TCS, Federal Bank, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank, ITC, Sundaram Finance, Nestle, Bosch, IDFC Bank, Photon, Orange Scape, Prestige, Flipkart, City Union Bank, Argus, Rane, CAMS, etc are the recruiting companies. Aptitude, Personal Interview will be there. 90% of students get placed every year. We have training in communication, soft skills, group discussions, and aptitude. Business Newspapers will be provided for all MBA students every day to get updated with current affairs.

Instincts (Cultural Fest), Daksha (Management Fest), Sycon (Technical fest) are the events celebrated. Many students from various institutions in India participate in the events. Amazing cash prizes will be awarded for prize winners. Other workshops, seminars are conducted.

The total fees for the two-year program are Rs.487400 which includes single room accommodation. All modes of payment will be accepted. The fees for both Management Quota and Government Quota are the same. There are no additional fees that have to be paid for securing admission. Admissions are fully based on Merit.

I have not opted for a scholarship. There are scholarship opportunities provided by our college. Scholarship will be given on merit and for students with a family annual income below Rs.300000. Twenty-five students from rural Government schools are getting free education for Under Graduate program every year.

The library, playground, cafeteria are there inside our green campus. Girls are given priority in admissions. We have many clubs like Book reading club, Marketing club, etc. Sporting activities are encouraged. Annual college sports day are conducted every year.

Compulsory Hostel for all PG students. Individual rooms will be allotted for all PG students. The rooms are spacious and more convenient. Air-conditioned rooms are also available. Girls are not allowed to go out of the campus without gate-pass. In case of any emergencies, the hostel wardens do the needful and they are easily approachable.

There is a portal called Almaconnect. We communicate with our alumni through this portal. Alumni visits are also arranged and alumni share their experience and the current trends in the market. We can also communicate with our seniors at any time.

I got admission through Management Quota. When I came for GD and PI, I felt like my home. So I chose this institution. The Admission process commences in the month of September. Students should take entrance tests. Shortlisted candidates will have Group discussion, test on reading comprehension and personal interview. Government Quota admissions will be done through TANCET Counseling.

There are 15 excellent professors in our MBA department. They have over 15 years of industrial experience. Some of them are alumni of the Indian Institute of Management. Most of them hold a Doctorate degree. There are external faculties for some subjects. Faculties make the classes more interactive and motivate us in all aspects.
