Fair review of SRMIST

There are lots. SRM has a good reputation among companies. The placement is very good. International affairs is an important pillar in SRM.there are signed MOUs with different colleges round the globe.

Exam structure is of 3 internal exams and one semester exam per semester.course curriculum is strictly based on the aicte guidenline. moreover the college also provides added course for placements and personality building.

They do provide internship for 3rd year students.but that's solely based upon CGPA which is not at all acceptable. I believe that the deserving and the capable should get the opportunity. Placements are of various ranges from 3lpa to 41 lpa.

There r two main fests in our campus.one is technical and other one is cultural. other than that we have a committee that organises various festivals of all states round the year. Tech clubs also organise various technical events and talk shows.

Feasible compared to other top private universities. The tuition fees is 2lpa. With 30k for books and personality/career development. The hostel charges are bit high compared to the service provided.

Top rankers of the entrance exam get upto 100% scholarship in tuition fees. The college has also tied up with some banks which provides education loans very easily with less hassle. The college also provides scholarship upto 25% for maintaining 9+ CGPA

There are separate clubs and committee to look after sports and promoting it. We've official teams of different sports. Also we have bagged various trophies and prizes in different tournaments. SRM has always maintain a good record in sports.

Seniors r of various types as expected in an engineering college. There are great developers and even GDEs in our college. Alumni association range from Microsoft to google and IBM to TCS. Srmites are present everywhere

I got Admission in SRMIST through the srmjee examination and the counselling session according to the ranks secured in srmjee. The admission entirely depends on the ranks achieved and the 1st few hundred get some scholarship too

Faculty is not so extraordinary.yet some r very supportive and encourage the students to become tech enthusiastic. moreover they give fair chances to publish articles in various journals through their resources.
