Course Curriculum Overview

This is normal course curriculum according to Anna University. Where electives are not selected by students. Electives are selected by faculty according to the availability of the faculty. The exams are structured under the control and structured by Anna University.

Placement Experience

On taking about the placement and job opportunities there is noting special to talk about the placement. They provide a average package of 8k-15k per month. Internship is not provided by internship.

College Events

Two years once cultural will be conducted. The function will be conducted like a average school function. Pongal and onam are celebrated every year. Electives are selected by faculty according to the availability of the faculty. Holy is the most special for gitan's

Admission

I got my admission under Anna University Counciling criteria. Then I was called by Anna University according to the ranking. I was scheduled to 16. Where on the Counciling day I sorted top colleges in vellore. Where I found GIT, I selected that college and started my ambition towards my carrier.

According to my opinion faculty are not upto the mark. Faculty are mark based. . They won't want students to gain knowledge. Electives are selected by faculty according to the availability of the faculty.

Placement Experience:

From 3.1 the students of the campus are eligible for placements and faculty also helps us in guiding regarding the placemnsts and stuff . There are various number of companies like tcs , Accenture , google ,Microsoft ,next wave and etc . The offered packages are full like our seniors are 100 percent placed from the campus . The highest package of last year senior is 14lpa.my plans after getting degree is to work in the company which I have been placed

placement scenario at mu is developing but not yet at the level one would expect from an institute that markets itself as industry alligned , while there are some good opportunities , overall placement perfomance is average eligibility: student become elgible for campus placements in 7th semester aptitude training , pre placement talks usually begin in 6th semester companies visited tech mahindra , infosys , tcs , cognizant , accenture , hexaware highest package 12 - 14 LPA avg package 4-6 LPA PLACEMENT RATE ; around 65 -70 % for cse and related branches , for non cse percentage is significantly lower since placement scene isnt very strong i plan to prepare for gate or gre , explore certifications in data science or ai or possibly apply for research based ms programs

My BTech experience at CMR Technical Campus 21-25 batch

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.

I took in this college beacuse i got very less marks in the exam which i have written. I have applied to 2 more colleges VJIT AND JBIT But beacuse of college minimum rank priority i was not able to get seat in them. Has i met the cut off in this college i got a seat.
