Remarks

Positive- faculty are very knowledgeable and experienced, lab facility, campus, sports ground computer lab, green campus. Negative- management is bit iriitating sometimes for the students. Overall it is good.

Placement- placement is good most of the students gets placement as per their need in India as well as outside India in which countries like USA ,UK , Singapore , France , UAE, Spain , Australia , Germany. Internship - internship is also provided which comprises from 6 month to 11 month as per different courses in India as well as Foreign as per candidates preference.

College Events

Event like International chef competition, Cake icing competition, Mocktail making competition, Students fest for freshers, Teachers day celebration, Guru Nanak jayanti celebration, Picnic or visiting old age home.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Total course fess is Rs 425000/- 1st semester - 125000, 2nd semester- 25000, 3rd semester- 25000, 4th semester- 25000, 5th semester-25000, 6th semester-25000, Which is feasible as compared to other college.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is loan facility from all leading banks there is also state bank of India branch within the college campus. Any student can take loan from any bank registered under Reserve Bank of India. Loan is available as well as there are certain program in which the needy students can avail like consideration of fees.

Campus Life

As far sports there is cricket ground, football ground, basketball court and badminton court also. Labs- there are all total 3 kitchen and 2 restaurant and 3 sweet room and 1 front office for practical classes.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, every senior are helpful and respectful to their junior in every way ragging is banned and upon admission each and every student need to give affidavit from court to be submitted in college. Overall it is very helpful.

Admission

I've given JET entrance examination and syallabus was general knowledge , aptitude, mathematic, logical questions, after cracking the exam you'll be getting an confirmation letter from the college on your registered email address upon that they'll ask you to visit with all your valid document.

Faculty

Faculty are very helpful in every aspect. They'll teach you comprises of personality development to your profession in a professional way other than study there are many projects and curriculum activities in which faculty will be helpful in every way.

Build a Career with NSHM Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Most of students get more than 2 placements. They placement is over in 1 Month and now a lot of students are being placed in Europe, USA, Mauritius with a very good package. They are also placing students in Retails, FMCG, Entertainment and other areas. But i think the fee that we pay, we can get back only in third year when students can go for Internship, as they can earn more than 6-7 Lakhs and palcements is just too good.

NSHM Hotel and Tourism Management, Durgapur - A Place to Study

Placement Experience:

Students are given placements before the final year. A lot of companies come with Oberoi, Taj, Marriott and others. International Placements is done through companies who conduct online interviews, but i dont know what paramters they ask in interview. But placements is 100%. Placements in India is around 4LPA while International it is more than 12-15 LPA

Percentage of students getting placement is 96.87. my plans after getting degree is to become cooks to serve people to where I am cooking foods and beverages
