Fees Structure is the only thing which I don’t like means after every 2 months you have to pay 25 thousand or more as a installment of the course fee

• I wanted to become chef and hence I choose this course •Faculty are highly educated and good in behaviour with friendly nature . •Everyone is highly educated and teaching methods are quite good ,they have both practical and physical knowledge about the subject and all are well experienced teachers with proper 5 star experience •We have 6 semester within a period of 3 years and regular CA exams ... and our college is under MAKAUT university

Fees and Financial Aid

•Course fee is 4 lakh 40 with miscellaneous of 1 lakh •You will get 8 percent discount on the course fee if you have SC/ST/OBC or Army background starting salary from on campus job is around 15-20 thousand in indian and its differ from foreign it increases to 40 thousand in foreign •

Campus Life

We have fest like Carnival and Food fest with yearly 1 trip . In 1 st year we have trip to GOA and in 2nd year u can have international trip ( Thailand )or domestic trip to Hyderabad Yeah we have books in library which can be issued Good ambiance of the class rooms with proper seating with AC fans and lights No sports is there . But have cultural programs No as such group as it is a professional course

The riot hotel,taj hotel other organisations for the students The highest package is 10 lpa and average lpa is 4. Percentage of students getting placement is 96.87. my plans after getting degree is to become cooks to serve people to where I am cooking foods and beverages

IHM Kolkata an experience

Placement Experience:

The campus selection starts from 05th sem onwards. Lots of companies visit some are:- Taj, Oberios, Leela, HHI, ITC, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, CCD, Starbucks, Fairmont etc. I dont remeber the highest package amount but it was around 30k. 95% students got placement and for those who had difficulty getting placed the faculties would help them find internship or job through their reference. I completed my degree back in 2013 and got placement through the college and started working.

Placement Experience:

1. Some students get offer letters during second year if they show excellence in guest service . 2. 5th to 6th semester 3. Big hote groups like IHCL , THE OBEROIS ,ITC , HYATT REGENCY,JW MARRIOT ,NOVOTEL,THE PARK all big players of the field come for placement talk and placement here Big retailers like RARE RABBIT,MAC DONALDS , KFC,DOMINOS and other big retails companies recruit for management trainee and operational trainee Almost 80 percent students get placed . Highest average package has went upto 6 lpa during training period by some retail companies . I plan on to join hotel as a chef and then opt for masters abroad if possible
