Overall Management is good. In every semester a quality check is done where any student can complain about anything. Accordingly, changes are reflected in the education system of this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well, Course Curriculum is strict to the syllabus and it is not so tough that you cannot clear exams. Exams are easy, enough time is there where one can utilize that time and learn some other skills which are the latest in industry. Teachers are supportive if you work hard and ask doubts. The main thing is your overall personality groom in 4 years. If you look back you will see your personal growth.
College Events
Vikiran is our fest that is conducted in the month of march where various activities like bridge making, debate and dances, fashion shows are conducted. Events like band live music. Programming contest is also conducted. Diwali Event where students place Food Stalls.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Overall Fees is affordable. If your family income is less than some amount( like 6lpa) then you can opt for the scholarship. Money which you will invest in yourself will obviously return in future. Comparatively, fees are affordable as compared to other colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I didn't opt for the scholarship. My friend opted for an education loan. Overall Btech CSE expense including travelling would come out to be 6 lakhs in this college.
Campus Life
The gender ratio in CSE branch is 40:60(f:m). Gender ratio of females is relatively low in engineering colleges. People are also from other states like Punjab, Kashmir, Jammu, Bihar and Agar. Computer Labs are fine but labs in ECE department need some maintenance work. Sports is not that much in this college.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are helpful in guiding your path towards learning things. Seniors are interactive and no ragging. Supportive and give us notes on time.
Admission
After Securing good marks in cet2017, I was called for the counselling round at ggsipu main campus. Seats were allocated based on marks obtained and First come First Serve Basis. I choose DTC. After that, I need to inform in college in the month of August with Demand Draft. Admission Process is Simple and easily if you follow guidelines properly.
Faculty
Teachers are supportive if you work hard and ask doubts. Overall Faculty is good only if you have that eager to learn things. Teachers will bring the best out of you if you have an interest in subjects. The main thing is your attitude and communication skills.
