my college

The college is need to be less strict and friendly to students. They should avoid the unnecessary expenses. They should reduce the fees and fine charging to students. Curriculum should include the use technology for studying purpose. They should give much consideration for student interes.

Course curriculum is satisfied. But the exam structure which provided by the university was not good.our first semester examination was conducted after 10months.after that all semester was short and we feel difficult to study the whole subjects.

There is placement cell in the college. But that is not much active.it provides opportunities but are not acceptable for the students.it gives opportunity only to very few students.and more students are not participating in placement programmes due to the cost of entering into that.

Events celebrated are:- Fresher's day College Union day Arts day Onam celebration Christmas celebration Women's day Independace day etc. The programmes conducted are great.it gives entertainment to students.

Expensive.comparing with other colleges fee structure is expensive.they are collecting fund by charging fine and other charges for everything.coping up with this is difficult for the students.they are collecting money from students for every events conducting.

There is scholarship for students from government and other foundations.Also there is fees concession for students. There is no scholarship is providing the college.there is no loan facility for students in the college.

They are extracurricular activities for students in our college.they conduct so many completions and ice breaking sections for students for their skill development and for proving their talent. There is also sports events and opportunities for students. There is lab facilities for students to study.

I am not a hostler.There is 1 hour travel in bus from my home to the college. I have not opted for hostel because of my difficulties and family problems.there is financial problems in my family because my father get affected by Brain stroke.I cannot stay away from home.

Senior students are helpful and friendly only in the union matters.we have no touch with seniors because they are most of the time in their class which is located so far from ours.we can see them only at the time of college events.

I fill the application and applied in Kerala university site online according to index mark.In trial and first allotments I didn't get any option.then in the second allotment I got the second option which I applied that is St.Joseph's college. After 1 week of allotment I go for the admission process in the college.I got admission in the college by paying the admission fees and development fees and taking interview with the college Principal.

The atmosphere of our college is good.but the management is little bit strict.our teachers are friendly with students and they are giving wide opportunity for us for the skill development.they also provides assistance to backward students.
