Remarks

It's a decent college in the locality, when compared to other colleges. There are a few faculty members, yet very few who can guide in your career, it is very helpful to meet them and interact with them. In the name of discipline the management restricts students too much to try out different things.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

I genuinely feel that the curriculum in the college is outdated. The course work is not industry ready. It doesn't give enough industry exposure to candidates. Most of the time it is only about passing semester exams. Exams are conducted semester wise. Every year has 2 semesters. In every semester 2 mid term exams are conducted. For every semester fixed amount of credits need to obtained. I total 180 credits need be achieved in 4 years. There is absolutely no flexibility in how many credits you can choose every semester, it is fixed by the college. I some semesters you can choose between subjects to get credit ( electives ). But due to lack of faculty, college chooses the electives for you !

Placement Experience

0.5

This college DOES NOT provide any internships at all. So there is nothing much to talk about it. When compared other colleges in locality this college students are placed in decent companies. College has only few decent placement opportunities. In 2018 when I was in my final year 1 good VLSI company visited the college. To be honest this kind of opportunities are once in a blue moon in this college.

College Events

2.5

Annual Cultural and technical fest, inter college sports meet are the only two events celebrated by the whole college. Apart from that 1 or 2 events might be conducted by departments, like engineers day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For the education they provide they charge around 70k per year. But the state government re-emberses 35k for all who pass EAMCET exam and has a White Ration card in the state. So it costs around 1,50,000 rs for 4 years. Which is very my affordable for the degree you get.

Fees and Financial Aid

State government gives 35k scholarship for everyone who passed EAMCET and has a white ration card. Apart from this you can avail at bank loan. For this facility you have to take a fee structure certificate from account section in college and apply for it. You can also add laptop charges in the certificate.

Campus Life

1.5

Laboratory facilities are outdated, and the amount of exposure you get to the tools is not even 10 percent. Coming to sports Volleyball, shuttle badminton, Cricket, Kabadi, kho-kho are the sports which are played by the college. They also encourage students to play. They have 3 trainers available in the college.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

There is no hostel available for boys in the campus! Girls hostel is available inside the campus but is literally a jail. It's not expensive but many "disciplinary rules". Buy it's affordable and secure.

Alumni/Alumna

For some reason there is absolutely NO alumni support in the college. Even when a few alumni try to do it, there is no support from management. Management thinks there is no need for the same. But if you make some contacts with seniors it is definitely helpful.

Admission

I wrote EAMCET exam, got 30,000 rank in open category, went through counseling. For my rank this college was available and also few other colleges in the locality. The reason why I chose this college was it decent when compared to other colleges which were available for the rank I got.

Faculty

2

There are few faculty members, who have good subject knowledge and can guide in your career. But they are only a few. I regret to mention by most of the times faculty members are used to impose "disciplinary rules" on college students by the college Management. Apparently the "rules" are compulsory formal attire, shoe, shirts tucked in, no denim etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best and for some it could be worst part also , it doesn't matter whether you're a mechanical engineering student or EEE or CSE you should have to learn every single programming language from C to python including DSA and cloud computing which will help you to switch your career easily if you want. but however at the same time the mechanical students feel stressed alot. because they have to study their own field subjects which are not easy at the same time they have to clear the programming languages which are completely different from mechanical subjects

Placement Experience:

If I talk about my branch, as per my knowledge from 6th semester onwards the students can sit in the placement run. The college offers placement training with individual of expertise from that respective subject. Many top companies visit the campus to list out, AWS, INFOSYS, JMAN, TCS, IBM are some if them. More than 50 lakhs package is secured. The average lies around 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch and for some branches it's 100%, the average package for them would be 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest goes around 12 lakhs per annum. Students can apply off campus if they didn't get placed.
