Remarks

A good college with many opportunites to offer, given you have the direction. Efforts needed to get a good remarks. Many people get into depression because of the examination system system. People may enjoy yeh tmtum

Placement Experience

I don't know about internship. But the placement of our college is becomeing better year by year.this year people got pacage of 41 lakhs per annum. And 30 lakhs and many more.so the placement is very good.

College Events

Being multicultured. Our college celebrates every festival. Ganesh chaturthi, Navratri(durga pooja), Diwali, Pongal, Onam, Holi, There are enormous amount of fests organised by directorate of student affairs. The huge and the best fest id Milan.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are feasible for some people. And expensive for others. CSE has a fee structure of 2.5 lakhs for students who has SRMJEE ranks below 10000 and 3.5 lakhs for students having above 10000.different scholarships are also provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

College has it's entrance exam based scholarships which can be extended for all the four years. They also provide scholarships for students having 90% or above in +2 year.they give scholarship for National level sports players as well

Campus Life

Our college has good labs.indore sports facilities are a bit expensive but they are good and well maintained.however the outdoor games are very good.college provides various sports like chess,badminton,vollyball ,basketball.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors over here are very friendly and helpful.they will guide you throught the dos and don'ts of the college. If you aren't a localite they will tell you how to deal with different situations. They will help you to do anything

Admission

I took SRMJEE in form of an online exam. I got my rank.i came chennai for the counseling round.i selected my branch.and got admission letter.i enrolled for the college 1 month after that and we were given id cards in the enrollment process. Our classes started shortly.

Faculty

Mixture of good,bad, moderate and best faculties. Some favulties are very good and some would not even listen to you, being in college we obviously cannot expect spoonfeeding, yet some of them are best on teaching part.

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
