Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, its a fair deal here, being north Indian there is no discrimination here. I have a little bit of issue in English initially but our faulty members and seniors were good and they help a lot with this. Our professors are very experienced and good way in teaching their presentations are good.

Placement Experience

Placement is good, lots of medical hospital and company come for placement, I got placement in good company and I am very happy with the TPA department.

College Events

Lots of events we celebrated in college days, Annual function. Tech fest, paper presentation Meenakshi Medical College received the trophy for the IInd Best Private Medical. Celebration of International Yoga Day. Sports days and all that, we have a good cricket team also.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have not got any scholarship as I am from a different state that's very issue in it being different state govt does not allow.

Campus Life

Labs are mandatory to perform in this college as it carries overs mark. The classes and academics are well ordered, giving importance to extracurricular activities as well. Different sports activities and competition held every year. The gender ratio is fixed every year 105 boys to 25 girls and 5 foreigner students.

No, every this is ok with that, little bit issue with senior students initially but after that, it's like friends.

Admission

I got admission from Neet, I qualified from Neet Exam and then I apply from here in Maher then again I have gone through the process of exams and then interviews and then final selection list. its a tough process but I get it done on time and finally got admission here.

The institution is strict on its rules which I personally feel are necessary for a successful life. the institution also has and uniform for the students which helps us build up our character that all humans are uniform. the management of the institution is exceptional in maintaining the quality and standards which has been maintaining from its year of inception in 1984.

Speaking about positive remarks the teaching is very good, faculties are the best, the college campus is away from the city rush. I am talking about the negative remarks the hospital is about three kilometres from the college, the food is just average, the place don't have any major attractions, lack of greenery.

Life Of a Madurai Medico

Remarks:

The college is very old and has been established in the 1950's. The atmosphere is very good for promoting studies. Since it is located near to the town all the essentials can be easily bought without much wandering. The Hospital is also situated very near to the college which makes it easy to go there too.

In all honesty to college is ok you don't have a social life if you are here to just study and only study and give up all of your college life than this colleges for you. you will have no interactions with any senior or make good friends that you might keep later on also a very straight forward and only concentrate about education.
