Unforgettable journey

The positive about my college is it has experienced staff and they give us good support. The negative thing is management of the college wasn't good and it leads to the loss of opportunities

I took eamcet examination and I got 971 rank in Andhra Pradesh. I opt for this college because it is the best government college in my state and the tuition fee is also affordable to me.

We got accurate curriculum for us. For example as a cse student I got programming subjects like c, c++, java and other subjects like os, dbms,ds etc. All the faculty hold phd's and they are experienced.

I got internship in Infosys company in mysore.They give my thorough training and conducted exams every week. In the last month they assigned a project for us. We completed the project successfully. It was a nice work experience and I learned a lot. I got a stipend of 12,000 per month for 4 months.

Every student in our campus placed in an average of 2 companies. We got companies like wipro, infosys, factset,ibm etc. The packages offered varies from 3 lakhs to 9 lakhs per annum.

Every year we celebrate number of events. The most important one is au fest in which we invite a state level celebrity as chief guest and it is conducted for 4 days.

The tuition fee is 10,000 per year which can be affordable by almost every student. The hostel fee is 25,000 per year which is also accessible for all types of students.

I got epass scholarship that is provided by our state government for merit students.In this scholarship the government pays the tuition fee of the student based on his previous academic performance.

Our college is a mix of various students from various places including some foreign students. The gender ratio is 6:4 (male:female). Every year we have a day called blockday and every student will participate in it. We also have various cultural societies in our college and students here are very tolerant in every aspect.

The hostel facilities are not so good in terms of food, room but it is now improving a lot. We got Wi-Fi recently.

The seniors are very friendly and they are helpful to me on how to prepare for exams and for placements also. The college alumni also regularly come in touch with us and they give instructions about career planning.

We have two semesters per year and 2 mid exams for each subject in a semester. The exam level is also tough when compared to other universities so we have to work hard.
