Remarks
the only negative remark about the college is that they should improve the placement and internship cell of the college so that students can get relevant jobs for their future, so that we don't have to wander here and there in search of jobs.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum has a very a wide range of many multidisciplinary subjects which covers almost every aspect of the knowledge. the examination structure is decided by the higher rank university officials and exams are mostly considered on semester basis.
Placement Experience
the college is very poor in terms of placements and internships. as their are no well known recruiters who appear in the college for placements. college didn't have a tie up with any good company to make placements for the students. i didn't see a wide number of placements had being done by the college ever.
College Events
in terms of events the college stands on the top of the list. the college never misses an opportunity to celebrate any festival and apart from the festival celebration some sort of cultural and technical events are also organised by the college which develops interpersonal skills of the students also.
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fees of my program is around INR 18000/- for the entire year. And the total fees is around INR 36000/- which i think is not that expensive even for a lower middle class family person can also afford it.
Fees and Financial Aid
yes the college does provide scholarships and prizes to the alumni students of each year but i haven't received any. the college also provide some sort of loan facility to the students belonging to lower castes.
Campus Life
the college stands on a good position when it comes to sports and other extra curricular activities. the college is very active in terms of sport participation and winning prizes. the faculty of the college also encourages students to take part in different activities apart from studies.
Hostel Facilities
No, i have not opted for the hostel facility but as my friends told me about that, the hostel facility of the college lacks somewhere in good accommodation for the students. the food served is good but the overall environment of the hostel seems poor.
Alumni/Alumna
yes I would say the senior students and the alumni network stands good in terms of problem-solving for the junior students. they understand the problems which we face in our daily lifestyle. the different societies formed by the students help us to reach out to them easily.
Admission
the admissions in this college in all the programs are based on the entrance test conducted by the university followed by a merit list on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examinations. the admission procedure in my program requires to submit an online application on the university website confirmation page.
Faculty
my opinion about the faculty of the college is a bit negative. being a typical government employee the faculty of the college is a bit arrogant in nature. they are not that helpful towards the students. as DDE students have to manage on their own when it comes to concerning to the college staff.
