College is very well upto its reputation with strong alumni network, alongwith extra curricular activities going throughout the year ensuring overall development of student. Rather than focusing only on academics. Social life is very well experienced here alongwith focusing on career.

Course curriculum focuses on mathematics behind computing and incorporating mathematical techniques in solving problems. It teaches important topics such as mathematical modelling graph theory differential equation which are in major demand in this era of A.I. There is semester wise system. Exam structure include two exam (mid-sem and end-sem) and assignments, quizzes, practical exams.

There is even a separate division for placement opportunities which focuses on providing job opportunities and contacting more and more companies. Major companies visits campus for hiring purposes such as GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, UBER, DEESHAW, ALPHONSO etc. There are also internship opportunities in major companies which visit campus. Providing about 60k per month stipend internships.

Events continuously occur in college. Some major events include sports fest spardha, convocation ceremony, FMC weekend, cultural fest Kashiyatra, Alumni meet, technical fest technex, cultural weekend. These events seekout participation from all around the globe with great prize money. Also many famous celebs and personalities attend this events.

Currently fee structure is between feasible and expensive with around 2lac per year for a general middle class family. For families with income less than 6l.p.a fees is around 90k per year. For reserved classes there is major relaxation in fees levied. With around 50k per year.

There are many scholarship opportunities provided by government for students with exceptional qualities as well student with poor background. Also our alumni network continuously provide scholarship opportunities to students. GO ESE scholarship, Endowment scholarship, etc are some famous scholarship.

There is a separate part Gymkhana for extracurricular activites such as sports. There are separate court for many games like cricket, tennis, football, hockey, boxing, handball, volleyball, basketball, athletic, discus throw etc. Lab facilites are good with air conditioned computer rooms and experienced tutors. Also it includes heavy machinery too for performing experiments. There is also super Computing center in campus.

Yes, i have opted for hostel. Infrastructures are quite good with spacious garden between hostel. All necessary facilities such as food, washroom, first aid are available. Room are well ventilated with branch mates living nearby.

Being an oldest engineering college which recently completed 100 years it has quite the alumni network all over the world pursuing research work, job and startup ventures and many other fields. Theyball gather once a year in alumni meet. And also generously extend their help to students as well as college.

Firstly you need to give JEE MAINS paper then if you qualify for JEE Advance paper. Thorugh JEE ADVANCE merit list you go thorugh counselling process to get college and branch of your preference. Also there is a criteria of scoring atleast 75% in 12th exam (also depends on board. )
