I think the course curriculum is properly planned and will be followed perfectly.The subjects will be divided based on their credits and periods for the respective subjects will be given based on the credits. The subjects will be the combination of both theory and lab. If we come to exam structure There will be totally four exams per semester namely: 1:CIA(3) 2:END SEMESTER(1) These cia marks will be called internal marks and the lab marks will also be added to the internal marks.The internal marks will be a total of 50 and end semester exam will be for 100 marks which will be reduced for 50 and totally we get 100 marks. CIA Exams will be every month and end semester exams will be in the last month.

My college provide good placements.Especially for the CSE students the placements will be nearly 95%.For the other branches it decreases gradually.Most of the placements will be given by the core company TCS(Tata Consultancy Services).Apart from the tcs the companies that visit are Amazon, Flipkart,Microsoft,PayPal,Mahindra etc, The highest placement record is nearly 31 LPA and the least is 3.5LPA. Mostly placements will be provided for the students during their 5th and 6th semester itself which will be continued till the final semester. OVERALLTO SAY FIANLLY " IF WE HAVE DECENT CGPA AND SKILLS PLACEMENT CAN BE BAGGED EASILY".

The events celebrated in the college in the grand manner are 1:DAKSH 2:KURUKSASTRA Daksh is the external competition function where people from other colleges also participate and will be celebrated nearly for 3 days in the even semester. KURUKSASTRA is the internal college function. Apart from these two many clubs and many competitions will be held by those clubs.Some of the clubs are Physics club,English literature club,western dance club etc,

The fees of our college is comparatively less.The following will be fee structure for B.tech 1: SEMESTER:65,000 2:HOSTEL:10,000(per year) 3:MESS:3,600(per month) Every year semester fees increases by 5%. Over all i can say that the fees is feasible.

The scholarships provided in the college are 1:DEAN SCHOLARSHIP: This will be provided every year for the merit students based on their CGPA.If you are in the top 2% of the whole b.tech students you will be provided with 3 parts (out of 5 parts)of your semester fees as scholarship and if ur in top 3% u will be given 2 parts. 2: HOSTEL SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship will be given to the hostel students.The scholarship will be 16,000 rupees which will be given every year. To qualify for the above scholarships following are necessary 1:no complaints in the hostel 2: no hostel bunks 3:80% attendance 4: good CGPA 5: No delay in paying mess fee and semester fee

Sastra has good and well sophisticated labs for all the academics and branches.It is especially famous for Research in biotechnology and bioengineering where college invests crores of money in this every year.The college especially two research centres named 1:ASK 1 2:ASK 2 These two are called twin buildings of sastra. Apart from the other labs are also well equipped and gives access to the students whenever required.

Yes I stay in the hostel. The hostel infrastructure is not of a high standard rather it will be in normal conditions. The mess food will be of good quality but of low taste(that's why we called COLORS SASTRA) due to which students start loosing their weights.The hostel all the facilities like Canteen,Gym,Tennis court etc,The hostel wardens will be strict in the terms of timings.8:30 pm will be dead line for reaching the hostel.If not reached the following year hostel facility will be not be given to the respective student.

The senior students are very helpful for us Here let me speak about the ragging: SASTRA is ragging free campus.We can't find even a bit ragging anywhere in the campus.The college gives an agreement form during the time of admission which should be signed by everyone and it will be based on the punishment in the case of ragging.So there will be no ragging and the seniors helps us in everything we want.

I came to know about the college through my seniors.They gave very good review of th college.Then i decided to apply for the college.I opened the official website of sastra(Sastra deemed university).I applied by opening the application form.It asks the details like: 1:basic details 2:10th class marks 3:inter marks 4:jee mains score 5:photograph and signature The application fee will be 500 rupees. After submitting the form within 1 month they will release rank list based on ur inter and jee main marks.The college gives admission based on two streams 1:intermediate marks based 2:jee main score based The coollege gives ranks based on both the streams and if ur eligible for the admission they will ask u to attend the counselling.(During counselling we need to pay fees in the form of dd for the first semester). And if everything is fine admission will be confirmed.After the confirmation of the admission a date will be given by the administration for the joining.

All the faculty in our college are well experienced and qualified.Most of them Ph.D holders.They teach the curriculum very interesting and in a easy manner.The faculty teach us in three ways 1:classroom 2:slides 3:google classroom Through these three they give us a wide range of knowledge and help us to crack the end semester exams easily.Even there are professors who have a experience of nearly 35 years.
