Our college is one of the biggest college of uttarakhand but some facilities are poor in hospital of our college like cleanness and staff behaviour are sometime rude to students. It should be manage by dean if the college

Course Curriculum Overview

It's nice and exam occurs in session and professional type firstly terminals exam as internal assignment and then sent uo exam for professional exam after sent up list send to university and then the students in list appear in professional exam

Placement Experience

Placements are 100% sure or there is bond of government some have 3 years and some have 5 years. This is due to hills coz there are very deficiency of doctors. Government send doctors to hilly areas for service

College Events

We celebrate our annual fest as #crescendo . It contains sports week, cultural nights, dj nights, movie nights, literature event and some nukkad type dramatic shows written and performed by students and some competition like mehndi competition and best out of waste competition

Fee Structure And Facilities

Currently it's expensive but before this year 2019 it was feasible coz we have only 50k tuition fee and now from 2019 there is wast increasement is tuition fee as 4 lac almost that's much nore than 50k

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there is scholarship facility by state and central government and loan facility also available for those who can't get scholarship. Documents provided by college staff are very helpful to get scholarships

Campus Life

All the sports like badminton, cricket, football, volleyball, basketball and others are available in our college and government provide all the necessary things like bat, balls, volleyball, rackets of all the games for free and there is gym also for students for free

Hostel Facilities

Yes i have opted for hostel and hostel is well furnished as it contain 1 bad, 1 chair and 1 table for every student. Light bulbs are available by government and ceiling fan is also available by government. Rooms are properly ventilated and well lighted.

Alumni/Alumna

All the seniors are very good and helpful to there juniors as they help in studying and they also provide books fir junior students. Seniors are necessary part of the college as they all help in exams sports and all the other things that one fresh student cannot do at that time

Admission

I got admission through entrance exam. Entrance exam was conducted by CBSE and i got a good rank in that and then our state made a merit list according to entrance exam on the basis of marks we got in entrance exam. According to merit list i got this college

Faculty

Nice faculty as we get to know abiut them. They all are specialist in there own branch like anatomy biochemistry physiology and other subjects. They all are teaching well to all the students and run opd in hospital

Competition is hood here competition is very very good here as students from all of the country study here as there is 15% of India Kota and 85% Kota 8585 out of 185 people from Uttarakhand, come here and 15 people from all over the country come here
The campus is very big and it is about hundred acres. So there is a lot of places to Rome and other departments are very well maintained.
The place located in the foothill of Himalaya their face is like Nainital and very many hill stations around here, so it’s it is a very weatherwise. It is a

Dislikes

I dislike dislike in this college is the administration, not so much good, and there are many things that should be improved like Hostel, et cetera
And there is no research culture, so the exposure is less has compared to the other other colleges all over India
Sir and there is lot of toxic toxicity in this college. The persons find snakes around by snakes, I mean.

The curriculum of emphasis 2 was, they are 19 subjects, compressor, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, ENT, ophthalmology, paediatrics, gynaecology, medicine, surgery, dermatology, orthopaedics, community, medicine for Singh Medicine level extreme. About my college

Likes

Campus life is very good with very pleasant environment
Teachers are very well educated and very helpful and provide good education
Mess food and hostel is also good With proper Air conditioning facility

Dislikes

Rooms of hostel are a bit small They should be made a bit large
Washroom are not separate Washrooms should be made separate for each student
Mess timings should be increased Opens late and closes early

Remarks:

College is good overall, beside studies the main part in medical college student is patient interaction which is too good here . Also the campus is beautiful, in the center of city 2km away from bus station and railway station

I really like my college and am happy to have been able to recurve and opportunity to study here and become a doctor. It even provides job security for 3 years which kind of great. The campus is quite liberal and a lot of fun activities happen so students are not depressed under the burden of studies.

Though I have got all do I have got order rank of 4000 didn't choose many colleges I was getting getting in Lucknow. I was getting K Gdmc Lucknow. I was getting Aiims Guwahati. I didn't go just because this is closer to my home and I think that's a mistake I have made. I could have gotten better colleges, but you should not do that. I choose government medical College Haldwani because of its affordable fee structure. Excellent clinical exposure and reputation as one of in Uttarakhand. It offers a balance of quality education and hands on patient care due to its association with a high patient hospital. Comparison with other college colleges applied to. Serial number one,Doon medical College -this college is also good, but this college is new, so I prefer GMC Haldwani over this Serial number two, Government medical College, Almora- This College is also new and located on Hill area, so I didn't prefer this as this is very far from my house. Admission process at Gmc Haldwani:- Eligibility is 10+2 with PCB and neat qualification and minimum age 17 years, Exam accepted. NEET UG is mandatory.
