College review

College is boring, freedom is less and academics is good. College timing in too much. The activities conducted in the college are not informed to us, instead we find it out through newspapers and articles. Branch wise tech fest and arts are fun and competitive.

The course get tougher as we complete each semester first year we had basics subjects like chemistry, physics,electrical,mechanics,electronics among them calculus was toughest from second year onwards we had core subjects in semester three we had basics of each course and advanvced in semester four

Our college conduct many internship which are related to our course such as BOSCH, 3D printing , CAD etc .we are also allowed to do internships outside the college. Our placement cell is good and we do get good job opportunities but most of them are from IT companies .and from call centers and life of students who got placed in call centers are ruined and others who got placed in other good companies become successfull

Our college conducts sports , arts ,tech fest , inter branch games ,interzone events are held ,department wise association day celebration and cultural religious festivals like holi,onam,christmas,diwali,

Fees structure is Expensive and but with the help of scholarship im able to pay it at the proper time. But for others who dont get scholarship ,its tough for them. Fees for management quota is based on plus two marks and for NRI quota the fees is 1.45 lakhs with donation 1.5 lakhs

E-Grands, AITCE Fee Waver and some other scholarships provided by the college. Students with poor background and lower castes like SC and ST are given laptops, concession and free education for SC and ST

We have extracurricular activities like IEDC club and NSS activities . NSS group are active and does rehabilitation works, home for homeless and punarjani. We have teams for games like basketball, football, volleyball, kabadi, etc and have won at interzone level

The senior students are helpful. They help us with tech fest, arts and conduct cultural events like onam and christmas. They even give tell us about internships, give us advices about job opportunities and placements

After completing plus two board exam I appeared for KEAM entrance exam and got government merit seat in the first allotment for mechanical engineering in ies engineering college and in second allotment jyothy engineering college for same course and at last in third allotment i got seat in vidya engineering college

Each faculty has different different characters some are friendly some are rude some are supporting and some are looking for chances to take disciplinary actions on us our tutors are some times supportive and our hod is kind hearted and the department faculties are not supportive in all matters
