Good college with good atmosphere

Positive part is that the campus is very peaceful and environment of the college is very good and there are many mess for the students to stay near the college. The negative remark is that it is a rural college. But the communication system is good.

The course was 3 year's course. Final exams were held at the end of the session. Full mark of the written exam was 90 which was conducted by the University and college held an examination of 10 marks.

This college is a general degree College so it doesn't provide any kind of intership. After completing the degree students can do M.A of they can do any other degree according to their course. After completing B.A anyone can become a school techer. To become a school techer the students have to pass out an exam which is coducted by State govt.

Nabinbaran Utsav for the Fresher's of all departments of the college ( Fresher's Welcome). Republic Day is observed. Independence Day is observed. Durga Puja and Saraswati Puja ( Goddess of education) are done here. Annual Sports events are held here. And Farewell ceremony for the last year students of all departments of the college.

Fees is not expensive. Fees are taken yearly. Fees depend on subjects. Averege course fees are ?2000 per year. As it is a course of 3 year's at costs about 6000. So I think the fees structure is not expensive.

The college doesn't provide any scholarships but students can apply for scholarship to any government or non government organisations for scholarship. State government provides scholarship to the students who are doing general degree course.

Labs in this college is not good. So according to me lab based subject in this college is not good for study. Various sports events are held in this college annually. All the current students can be part of this sport.

I had not opted for hostel. Hostel infrastructure and facilities are not good but the hostel fees is not expensive. There are approximately 100 seats in hostel. Candidates are selected through the online process.

There is no allumni network in this college. But the senior students are very helpful to the junior students. Except that there is a student union to help the students for every need. They are very helpful.

The college is under Vidyasagar University. The University held an online admission process through which I got the admission to the college. First I filled the online application form. After the last date of filing application form University published a merit list through I select the college for admission.

In my opinion it is a good college and faculty is very good. Faculty members are helpful. There are 7 faculty members. They help the students very much to go ahead and encourage the students. They are very much responsible.
