Great University with some difficulty

The university provides both negative and positive aspect. Its just the way you perceive it and you need to concentrate in class orelse you'll end up scoring less. You can't get into fights and should stay away from angry or cunning localities.

There will be 3 class test which comprise of Internal marks of 50 and the semester which is the external is also 50 hence its 100 in total and the grading system is according to the marks out of 100. The examination is moderately difficult.

You need to get interships on your own and the college helps you in the 3rd year. The placement and interships are quite good and renouned. The fear of placement should be there here if ypu score well having attendance.

Branch wise events happen during the year. Two major fests like Aaruush Amd Milan are the most known fests. These are organised by student themselves in the organising committee. Both are renouned and great.

Its towards moderate but it can be said cheaper as compared to other colleges of the same level or the compititors. This college has aminities and hence is costlier than the state colleges and the location is also quite feasible for a University.

It is the most prestigious scholarship with full fee waiver of tuition, hostel, mess, plus stipend Rs 1,000 per month. It is offered to - Top 100 rankers in B.Tech Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE). Top State rankers in school final. Top rankers in JEE. Top rankers in each district of Tamilnadu, Exemplary Sports persons at National and International level.

Well there a lot of things to do in the campus rather studying. There are also many groups of music and dance and one group of coders name-CSI. You can be part of these groups they perform in many events. There are also fests like cultural fest and sports fest where you can participate in many activities like dance, singing, and sports like football, cricket, track n field events etc. There is also dj night for college students.

The seniors are helpful and help you get things done. No ragging policy is followed and thats a great way. Alumins come and address students to make them understand about the jobs and about an engineer.

The online form will be out by the month of October you need to fill it and pay the examination fees. After that you need to give the exam and start your preparations to enter by keeping money ready. The examination is usually in the month of April/ May.

The faculty only knows tamil. Some faculties are north indian and know proper English. Communication is an issue but overall the faculties have all the knowledge about their subjects. You should mess with the faculties since they can reduce the internal marks.
