Vidya is a nice place for developing your future. Although i have heard that it is the one of best colleges in Thrissur district. The only problem is they wont give a full freedom to you. Everything in the campus has unnecessary rules which you want to follow. If you want to give a letter to principal you need to have a sign from minimum 2 teachers and HOD. The rules of management should be changed it should be more liberal. F

The new course curriculum is a bit difficult as they follow KTU university. The rules are more strict. They conduct exam for internals after getting 40% of marks only then they allow the students to sit in the exam. Which is a bad thing. KTU only focuses in theory sections. They give no value to practical sections. They also have a credit system which is the worst scenerio. If you dont score enough credits they will make you yearout from college. Which is a worst thing to happen. The exams are conducted at correct time and results are published fast which is the only good thing happend in this university i guess.

College provides a vast job opportunities. The most given by any college in thrissur i guess. There is a placement cell in college, they conduct a number of training programs and intership facilities. Major companies come to vidya for recruitments. Many of the seniors have got job at big companies through this.

Celebrations at vidya are mind blowing. Vidya celebrates each and every festival. But the major things like onam celebration, christmas celebration, technical fest and Arts day are the best. Onam celebration is awesome and branch war takes place at these celebrations. Colourful dresses with shinkari melam and all are amazing to hear and see. Technical fest is awesome a because it gives a high branch tripping. Everyone will be so keen to do different programs. The main attraction is motor show conducted by production department. Vidya also celebrates HOLI, vishu and newyear every year.

Feasible. It is not so expensive compared to other colleges. Although it gives a fee structure everyone to manage. Special allocations are given to students if they face any financial crisis and all. Vidya provides scholarship who performs good marks in academics and arts and sports. They give a full scholarship to many students.

Vidya gives scholarship to students who scores good marks in pre dregree level and and also degree level. Full scholarships are given to SC and ST students. Special scholarships are given to student with homes near college. Study now and pay later scheme scholarships are also given. Special allocations are given to students if they face any financial crisis and all. Vidya provides scholarship who performs good marks in academics and arts and sports. Labs and sports are good as the university gives less importance to these things, vidya provides a good lab and sports center. Vidya promotes all type of extracurricular activities The physical trainers give a full support to everyone.

College provides three hostel facilities. MENS, LADIES, PG. The hostels are good and the facilities are good also. The rules in hostel are a little strict. But meanwhile it is best place to spend your 4 years.

Alumins are just perfect. They help for fund raising and give advices for doing different things. They are the ones who waves the path for our future. They help in all our needs. We have a alumini watsapp group which they help to chat and message each other

I got admission under a scholarship. As i had not attended any entrance exam but after seeing the executive director of the college. He added me into a scholarship program as i had good marks in physics and chemistry. And al lso i was a native of Thalakkottukara

They have a nice campus and nice teaching facility. The professors are available at anytime to help the students. Vidya even scored ranks in university exams also. Talking about sports, the physical trainers give a full support to everyone. The professor's and students always has a good relationship. The teachers are full suppprtive for any event or program. As much to say they are the pillars of vidya.
