Remarks

Everything is fine. Hostels are very good, college faculties are most friendly. They help students like their children. We celebrate a lot of festival together. We love out college better then our life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Semester wise exam happens which contains two internals having 15 marks each. Exam papers are job oriented. The exam hall is too strict just like chinies exam. We try to do cheat but the faculty catches us by seeing in camera.

Fees and Financial Aid

Prerana scholarship available by Odisha government for people belongs to sc St obc. More then 20, 30 thousands amount you will get as your scholarship. Also many more available for students schoring more percentage.

Campus Life

Very good lab available for 24*7. Student who wants to do the lab at any time lab staps are available. All are very friendly. You can ask your doubt at any time to any faculty. It's a best things that we like most.

Alumni/Alumna

Every year alumini meeting organise by college final year students. They give us a very good knowledge for out bright future. They help us a lot to get a good job after completion of our final exam.

Admission

After qualifying entrance exam i.e ojee I started reviewing best government college for engineering, then I get to know IGIT is best one. It is the most valuable college in talcher as well as in Odisha.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curiculum offers a well rounded and industry focused education covering core subjects like C,java,C++,python with modern technologies like Machine Learning,Cloud computing etc.The curiculum focuses on practical application with theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems.This approach helps students to get ready for industry level works.While the curiculum is good,I suggest there should be more focus on elective subjects such as cybersecurity,block chain etc rather than only the foundational knowledge.Semester exams are held at end of each semester with internal and pratical examination done beforehand.The exams are moderately difficult but theteaching methods and resource provided by faculties make it better to get good grades in exams.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology is a government college but provides much more facilities like private colleges.

In odisha we have a specific counselling procees named as OJEE counselling. In this we have to apply for many colleges as we want. Electrical engineering is a very respected branch in our college as many industries are built near this area which take students from campus selections.
