Srm is full of opportunities. You just need to grab every opportunity that comes in your way. The college provides proper platform to showcase our talents and help us in making a better person all around.
Course Curriculum Overview
The couse curriculum is bery strict. We have exams every month. They dont let students off the hook. We have 3 internal exams which constitutes of 50 marks in total. At last we have end sem exams which carries 50% of weightage.
Placement Experience
The college provides internship through placement cell. Placements are very good in our college. Most of the students get job packages with good amount of money. There is a proper system of placements and every students gets a chance to get a job offer.
College Events
Aarush- technical event which is held in September. One of best event to showcase talent. Milan- its one of the biggest fest of college. Different students of different colleges perform in this event and showcase their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. The per annum fee for btech student is about 2.15 lacs during my batch. I guess its somewhere around 2.5 lacs now. In total my degree will cost me around 8-9 lacs. This is only the tuition fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college lege offers scholarships if you score will in the srmjee exam. The top most students will get upto 50-60% of scholarship. Apart from that there are many banks which are available during the counselling session to provide loans to students.
Campus Life
The college is full of opportunities. All the facilities are available in the college in any department of the college. The college has high tech labs which consists of machine costing in lacs. Ample amount of opportunities are given to students to get benifits from all the resources present in college.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are very helpful here. They help us in any situation when we are stuck. This provide us a pathway to success and help us in understanding the college better. This provide us with their valuable tips which help us in having a better life in college.
Admission
First i gave srmjee exam. After that result were announced and rankings were issued. After that counselling session starts and students were called for counselling according to their rankings. During counselling desired Branch was selected and admission was done.
Faculty
The faculty is all round very good. They have good knowledge about the subjects and are very helpful in clearing all the doubts which arise. They help in every aspect and encourage us to work harder.
