Entrance Preview

I have written the SRM UNIVERSITY entrance exam. The college has good infrastructure and the department of ECE has the ABET accreditation. So it is the reason for me for entering this college.

Internships Opportunities

The major companies came and they help us in developing our interaction skills .

Placement Experience

The job opportunities were excellent and the which came for recruiting the students will select some of them due to our skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarship available for the students who cannot pay their fees based on their percentage.

Campus Life

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I applied at PDEU, Gandhinagar and SRMIST and both colleges admissions were almost done but since my family is from Chennai, we al decided to stay close to home atleast for UG.
