Like I conveyed earlier the best thing I could convey about our university is placement and job opportunity. There used to be min 100 companies comes to our college yearly for campus placements. What comes next in my mind is the infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview
I've choosen computer as my major. Exam usEd to. be once in 6 months for semester. There LL be unit tests once in a month and there LL be. a model exam after 3 months off semester. There used to be min 6 to Max 10 subjects per semester
Placement Experience
I've myself opted this college mainly for the palcements and job opportunity provided by the university. If we have the eligibility to attend the interviews I.e. that is with less than 2 arrears , you have maximum chances to crack the interviews
College Events
There used to be a lot of events and symposium conducted every year by different departments of the university. I remember the event 7th sense conducted by our department, which is one of the remarkable event with multiple programming and hackathon related to computer
Fee Structure And Facilities
When comes to the fees structure, it was kind of feasible for our batch, when compared to the other deemed universities in the country. Provided good infrastructure /faculties/ resources I would definitely say it's really worth the amount
Fees and Financial Aid
If I remember it correctly, SRM used to have. afoundation, which provides free scholarship to the top scorer from high school within the country. There are alot of my friends from village background availed his facility and because of that they got into good reputation companies later
Campus Life
Hmmm games I could remember of basket ball, volley ball and gyms within the facility. Though I ve heard of alot of tournaments won by SRM University , I haven't participated in much. Coming to the labs part, as I had conveyed earlier, they used to have the equipment or resources which were new in the market. Which used to give alot of scope and exposures
Alumni/Alumna
Hmmm though I haven't involved in much of the alumini related events in the last 10 years, I used to follow up on the journal or the groups in social media now and then. Hopefully they are doing their best to the aluminis of the university
Admission
Wrote entrance exam conducted by SRM University and cleared with 89 percentage. And have choosne the computer science. Exam structure based on computer science, physics, chemistry and maths. Exam was based on the curriculum
Faculty
Faculty of SRM UNIVERSITY used to be the best in the state. Since it's a deemed University there us Ed to. bealot of faculties for IIT and Nit universities. They know what they are teaching. With the infrastructure they have like Mac computers back in 2006 itself shows how good the I frastructure
