Remarks

The college needs improvement in its standard and. It's more strict so the students are made to focus only on their studies and marks.there are less number of cultural events conducted so it needs improvement in order to bring out the other talents of young minds.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is as per the anna university rules.In order to achieve better results in semester exams , our college conduct 2 unit tests before one internal exam and totally there are 4 unit tests, 2 internals, 1 model exam and 1 internal exam

The placements and job opportunities are moderate and those are interested in placements can utilise the opportunity and get placed in good companiea.our college allows internship in its own company KGISL.the students can learn about the current technologies and those students are recruited as the employees of same company.our colleges allows students for other internships also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for management quota is 75k per year which is comparatively more cheaper than anyother colleges who get around 1 lakh per semester. The fees for counseling quota is 40k per year which is as per the fees policy of anna university. Our college never charges extra money from it's students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college offers scholarship of 20 thousand rupees if that particular student is a first graduate in the family. The college also helps the students to avail for the loan from various banks by providing the full fees structure and helps to answer the queries from the bank.

Campus Life

Our college helps the students to improve their extra curricular activities by conducting events.if a student is from sports quota then they are given full freedom to attend inter college events and intra college events they are given special permission to practice too. The computer labs are air conditioned and there are seperate labs for all the department students.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumini network is functioning actively such that they conduct events and give some speech about the work environment and currently active technologies to their juniors the alumini students are also conducting hackathons for their juniors to improve their programming and logical skills.

Admission

I got admission through management quota but there was a fee waiver like I need to pay only the fees which the students who got selected from anna university counselling will pay.Usually in other colleges management quota students will pay more fees.

Faculty

The faculty members are more knowledgeable and student - friendly.They are ready to clear any doubts asked by the Students at any time. But some faculty members are without prior experience and they struggle to deliver the concepts clearly to the students.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Please don’t join KGiSL

Due my 12th board marks I couldn't get the top colleges and when I did they asked the donation such as more than 5 lakhs that I couldn't afford and if I did I need to make it a good use of the college not wasting my time and I did government quota and I was 3rd level and that too BCM so I'll get less seat and the top colleges got filled and I have to choose this college...Read More
