Remarks

College is very good and the climate in our college is very good and the college is go green college and our college is pollution free and our college is sorrounded by heavy mountains and there is very good temperature in our college through out the year.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is good and we need to study and work hard. It is easy when we study daily and the exams will be held. There will be 3 internal assesments for each year and we have to pass through that internal exams and final exams will also be conducted by the university and we have to definitely pass the exam to get out of the current year.

Placement Experience

Yes, we have internship and we need to work in our college hospital for a year yo get the degree and we can do pg by getting pg seat in any college by writing NEET exam and our college also provides good medical facilities.

College Events

We do have freshers day, Annual day and we do celebrate Sri Rama Navami every year and we celebrate new year and Holi also and we participate in games veery actively and this is very good place to enjoy and study.

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually I don't know nothing about it as i pay huge amount to the college and the loan will be a burden on me and if they provide scholarship for me its very good and we can concentrate more on studies without any problem.

There are labs, sports and cultural events going on and actually we can make good physical activities in the campus not only studies and the professors also encourage us in both studies and sports amd we have a ground.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors in our college are very good and they are very friendly with us by encouraging at all times and they also help us in studies and games and they help us a lot and they are very friendly and ragging is not atall there because of our principal sir.

Admission

I got into this college through NEET exam and the exam will be held all India wide after complition of 12th standard and I got through that exam and so I got the seat in this college. My seat in this medical college is a payment seat.

Faculty

Faculty are good and they are student friendly and our principal sir is a very very good person and he makes us to study well and to pass out the exams and there will be tutions if we fail in the internal exams and he is a very good motivator.

A Medico’s perspective

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually MBBS is structured in such a way that it helps students step by step to learn.. it's anything but perfect .. I am not in a position to suggest but when we are exposed to this vast world in first year which is entirely new to us,it is difficult for us to adjust. We step by step start learning to accommodate in this new world and by the time we adjust and start reading first year comes to and end and then only running,we don't have time to atleast cover our basics so that we can continue for further 3 years.. basics when we aren't aware of we can't confidently go into next years syllabus, but if we try studying basics in the next year we will be again lagging the next year syllabus and cycle goes on.. Mental pressure is the most common that we all feel and for relieving we don't have anything,no cultural activity,no sports,nothing.. that is why many are getting on the wrong side and getting addicted to phone,movies,other addictions

Andhra Medical College - A Tale of the Triumph

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a dream of lakhs of students in India and I am no different. I worked really hard to get myself enrolled in this prestigious 100-year-old Medical College of India. Student-Teacher Ratio during lectures is around 125:1 and during practicals and small-group Discussions is about 20:1. Faculty in all medical colleges are well qualified as they themselves are doctors first and then a professor. Most of them have done their MD/MS degree from renowned Medical Institutes of India including AIIMS, JIPMER, PGI etc. The teaching method is a bit monotonous during lectures because most of the professors teach passively using a presentation, but real teaching happens in Laboratories and Clinical Postings where we actually see the purpose of our studies. Term Exams are one of the most dreaded things in most medical colleges as they make really tough to test the real understanding of the students in a particular subject. Passing criteria is 50% marks in both Theory & Practicals.

I choose this course because I always wanted to be a doctor and this college fulfills that dream. The faculty-student ratio is one to 1:12. In college, The teaching method is of classroom type & have any doubt about a particular topic, then you can directly meet the professor and clarify your doubt. They'll be happy to clarify it. The term exams or conducted in a timely and were slightly difficult to pass, But if you study well, you can pass easily.

It was my dream to pursue mbbs. I had worked hard for 3 years to get qualify for neet and to get a seat in medical college. No crisis of faculties.I feel it's a better faculty students ratio when compared to other medical colleges..5 -8 faculties per department Faculty qualification: mbbs followed by MD or ms, super speciality also (some) , some: diploma in respective departments Yearly-based exams conducted on January -Feb It was slightly difficult to pass unless we study from starting of the academic year and understood & knowledge about the subject
