The overall condition of college is good and compare to other state government colleges the COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING, Udaipur has very good base in the field of engineering with overall facilities provided by the college.

The course curriculum is good and provide 7 different streams of engineering field with the good teaching facility in all departments. The exam pattern is quite good as it matches the criteria of IITs and course in each compiles with 4 units.

The placements are quite good and lots of companies visit in college for placements every year, but due current condition in the country the market of MECHANICAL, CIVIL and ELECTRICAL is at quite low rate so the placements are not so good on these streams. Wheras in the Strems like AGRICULTURE and MINING the placements are always higher then any other with higher packages

Basically there are 4 main event every year held in college which are College Tech Fest University Fest Indoor sports events (summers) Outdoor sports events (Winters) and Some Large and Small workshop of technical education and extracurricular activities throughout the year.

The fees structure of the college is good enough for everyone and the college is providing the scholarship as per the talent of the students that how much they can grab and the fees taken is feasible.

Mostly the college provide the scholarship for the students of AGRICULTURE Department the scholarship for other branch students are not so easy from the college side. Student Loan is provided with the college side and from the ICICI bank as all accounts of the college are in that same branch of the bank in the University.

Extracurricular activities are carrying out whole year either technical based or any other things. Labs are good in every department with great no. Of equipments in it. Sports are too good in the college, as indoor point of view the college have on huge indoor stadium in which it has one basketball court 2 badminton court and tablet tennis Court and From outdoor point of view the college has a cricket ground, Soccer ground and a hockey ground along with running track of 400m.

Yes , college have total 9 Hostel for boys and Girls and all are in the campus of the college. The hostel are good in infrastructure and the location is very good the food provided is always an issue in every hostel but it's adjustable with the charge taken per day is just Rs 73 per head.l and the rest of the facilities are good

The alumni network is very good here as there is alumni society was established years ago and every year there is a alumni meet in the college and the students get chance to meet alumni of 50 years senior.

From JEE mains exam score card with score at least 82 marks and also with 12th % and one more option for Polytechnical students from LEEP with at least 70% in there deploma. By bringing the required documents as described in the Call letter.

Most of the departments like ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL , AGRICULTURE, MINING have maximum no. Of permanent faculty and the department like civil, Electronics, CS have less no. Of permanent faculty in the department.
