Remarks

There chance for good job. It is not a good carrier opportunities those already completed their diploma from other iiht for textile technology diploma students its best course. There having only 10 iiht all over india.

Course Curriculum Overview

This the best college for those are belongs from weaver community. They mainly focused on weaving and dyeing and fabric structure design. Exam - 3 internal exam and model exam for practical than final exam

Placement Experience

There is more chance of placement because there diploma course also conducting here. For Internship you choose the company and give details they will arrange for training. But there no stipend basic internship

College Events

There less events celebrating all national special day they are celebrating like 2 oct. For this college they celebrate handloom day its big event for iiht. And annual function ,hostel day , new year, symposium

Fee Structure And Facilities

Here fee structure is compare other textile college is equal but compare to west Bengal textile college its very high. Than for non Hosteller its big amount but local students its good. Finally i told its moderate

For tamil nadu students got won state scholarship and other state students got thair own state scholarship and there is private scholarship. You can take study loan there no problem in loan from bank

Campus Life

Here extracurricular activities is good specially in sports there have big ground for playing. Every year we celebrate sport day. Lab are good only but some of the instrument not working and lack of new instrument.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is average not good not bad due to new college there is lack of room so its difficult to adjust. But other facilities are good only. There is no North indian food available in mess. There is more rule.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

There alumni is very strong. This alumni is make by diploma students now for btech only 1 batch passed out so there have problem. Senior will help us always lataral entry students have more experience.

Admission

I completed my diploma then I applied here for lateral entry than i apply and on the base of diploma mark they make merit list. And for regular 10+2 they need jee main exam according to rank they will select.

Faculty

This is the new college and only one college so the lack of permanent faculty. So there is probalem in faculty but they are managed and they having good degree so no doubt in teaching. Finally it good.

SRM UNIVERSITY- THE GOOD AND THE WORSE

Placement Experience:

The placement here is pretty good , we can get internships from 3 rd year onwards but the placement is after 4th year . The highest package offered here is 1.08 cpa The average package offered here is 6 lpa And if you want to get a good enough package here you will habe to study. Hard and be productive in coding it will be best if you maintain a higher cgpa than 8 . Many companies come here like amazon, google, tcs and many more.

HONEST TRUTH ABOUT COLLEGES

Placement Experience:

I am currently in 3rd year. From what I have heard and seen. There are core companies like Boeing, indigo etc.. who are regularly coming for campus placement. This year I heard that about 11-12 people for selected in Boeing for a package of 9-10 LPA. I can say one thing for sure that placements are only based on your individual performance and your skill set. Just learning the course isn't going to land you a job. All the people who are competing for this job has done the same thing like you did (ie complete this course). Try to know your basics very well instead of faking your CGPA. Attend lectures, competition and internship to keep that resume look unique

Now the syllabus is changed and it is relevant . The duration for preparing for exams and difficulty level are okay manageable . Navigating Rec

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Artificial Intelligence and data science as I was veey much interested to learn about AI and I believe that this course has a lot of scope outside. In my college they do provide a good curriculum for this course that teaches things from the basic to advanced level. The difficulty level of exams is a bit high sometimes but if we maintain a good score overall it will be easy to pass.

The cut-off should be over 80%. We can apply for admission through Anna university online admission or directly contact the college.
