Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is very vast and covered a wide area of topics and their in-depth analysis by the experienced faculty. It helped me create a very solid base for my future research program. I am very helpful to the college for the quality of education shared with us.

College Events

4

The college is very much active in regards to sports and extracurricular activities. We would assist our professors in the field visits and any academics related activity. The professors were very helpful and would like to motivate us to take part in different activities. Many festivals and national holidays like gandhi jayanti, Independence day etc. are also celebrated in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is pretty nominal in our college. It is one of the most affordable research institutes in India, delivering a quality of education to the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The students are getting monetary scholarships from Social Welfare Department. Apart from that students can get a scholarship on the basis of their academic performance and financial background.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The master's program is a compulsory residential program which means it is compulsory for all students to avail hostel facilities. Hostel rooms are pretty spacious and have a pretty decent infrastructure.

Admission

Admission to the Masters program is on the basis of merit list, prepared on the basis of the academic performance of the students in the graduation. Annual intake for the masters program is 36, which means there is a stiff competition for these seats.

Faculty

4

The faculty is above par in terms of the qualification they have and their style of teaching. They were very accessible whether to resolve a query during exam days or to guide us in terms of our career choices. All the faculty members were very friendly and we shared a good bond with them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose bsc computer science because I'm interested in IT jobs and want become a developer. The syllabus is useful for real world learning and it covers important basics. i found subjects like c programming very helpful for understanding core concepts. the curriculum is decent but it needs more practical sessions and better lab facilities. the software and systems in the lab should also be updated. we follow a semester system, and the exams test both theory and practical knowledge. overall the course is good, but more hands on training would make it even better.
