Remarks

Yeah they charged a lot in fee it's like extra 40000-45000 in my opinion cause they charge extra for exam, long tour and college don't provide any funds for events like fresher or other festival and they don't celebrate Christmas idk they said it's diversed Country but they don't celebrate I guess there are not Christen students in this college. Canteen food is not good. They didn't provide any wifi regarding they had mentioned that they have WiFi

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

First of all Campus is at industrial area and the nearest town is like 45 min away so forgot about extra curriculum activities. And for the exam they are same as other colleges you have to write 2 internals between every semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

About my degree it for 4. Years and right now at my 3 sem so I really don't know about their placement and job opportunities but I had seen some of my senior getting placement so I guess it's fine and same for the internship

College Events

2.5

As I said our campus is near industrial area and near by town is fast as 45min of college bus drive. So there are no proper events celebrated in our college. Every events happen during college hours only for for like fresher celebration it's during day time so it's not fun and about sports events that happen rarely and there is so inter college competitions as our college area is really far. So for the students who really loves College events and night events this college is not for you

Fee Structure And Facilities

Before joining college fee structure was resanable for me but after joining college I think it's expensive. Let me clear, you have to pay for canteen food every day that's not included in your fee. They also took lot of money for tour regarding our course but again no tours i guess chairman is enjoying his holiday really good. Again for entertainment tour they charge extra every time

Fees and Financial Aid

Idk about any scholarships / loan facility offered by my college but one of my friends was promised that they will provide scholarships of she gets good grade but they didn't so it's better to get written manifest other wise they can easily scam you

Campus Life

4

Our college location is not good for extracurricular activities. So for any sports event they book other places or other college nearby. So that kinda events are rarely happens in our college and I never went in that kinda events from my college so I can't tell it's good or bad

Hostel Facilities

1.5

I never opted for hostel or lived in and our college don't have hostels butthey are linked with PG. My friends describe its like awful. The way they charge and the facility they provide doesn't match.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are friendly and they help when they are asked but as this college is in Bangalore language problem can occur it's not like they can't talk in English but same background people indulge easily with same.

Admission

I took Entrance exam and if you get selected you will be informed via email and phonecall.when I got selected they called me and asked if you are interested in joining the college and were like if you want to join take admission fast seats are filling very quickly and there are not much seat left for my bva course but when I joined there were like total 9 student in my department

Faculty

3.5

If I have to mark them in out of 10 for faculty I'll give them 8. Idk about other departments but for my BVA ANIMATION faculty are really good and experienced and some of them are really talented. They are very interactive

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of the dual degree that it has to offer, christ is one of the very few institutions that offer dual degree and allow you to explore both the subjects or gain combined knowledge of both the subjects. The curriculum is very up to date with subjects that relate to real world problems. What i like the most about my curriculum is the Learner centric approach where they divide the class into halves so that the teacher student ratio can be maintained in order to achieve full efficiency. One area of improvement can be inculcating more soft skills traininng into it.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to sit for placement in their final years. The companies which comes for the placement are deloitte, goldmanSachs, amazon and many more reputed companies. And they do make many offers. The highest package reports around 30 LPA and the average goes on around 3 to 4.5 LPA. Around 70-90 percent get placements. My plans is to pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements towards the final semester of their course. Currently, I have only been using the help of my faculty for internship opportunities, since I am not looking for placements. But they have connections with big names in the communication sector, and they often have personalities coming in to give talks and interact with the students. A great number of students opt for placements and approximately 90% of them do end up getting posted at really good companies. Others choose to continue with higher education. My plan after receiving my degree would be to take up a diploma in literature in the UK, while simultaneously finding myself a position at a good publishing house there.

Placement Experience:

From my seniors, I hear that 20/30 % of students from our college get placed. But now being in my final sem I know the reality. For covid and lockdown, the placement sector has been badly hit. Only a handful of companies came this year (5/6 companies). 4/5 people from our batch are placed but no placement for the big chunk of people. From 5th sem students become eligible for placements but in 5th sem, no company came to our college for placement this year. Only in the 6th sem, the placement cell started. Companies that visited till now ( some of them came to take interns and didn't offer full-time jobs) 1) Clevertize, 2) Social Panga, 3) Robert Bosch GmbH, 4) Saatchi & Saatchi, 5) Publicis, 6)PR Pundit, 7) McKinsey, 8) Edsol Edtech, 9) Momo Media, 10) MSL, 11) Genesis BC, Offers: 1.5-3 LPA (average). I plan to send CVs personally to companies through LINKEDIN and other job search platforms because the college hasn't provided us with good placement offers as claimed.
