Remarks

I completed my graduation from Vogue Institute last year. The management and faculty are very helpful and understanding here. However, a little focus can be given on the quality of the mess food.

I completed my graduation in Jewellery Design from Vogue Institute. The curriculum at Vogue is structured in a perfect way and incorporates even the managerial aspects as part of the syllabus which comes in handy when you complete your course and start your own dream venture.

Placement Experience

Vogue is a great institute for a bright career in the industry. The institute has a tie-up with many top firms who hire the students every year. I am proud to be an alumnus of this institute. It has indeed been a stepping stone of my life which got me the best platform to attain success.

College Events

The largest event organized in the college is the annual fashion show in which the students from different streams participate to display their skills. Apart from the fashion show, a lot of fun activities and celebrations are there during festivals and other special occasions.

Exams at Vogue Institute are organized on a semester basis. Assignments are given and regular tests are conducted. Seminars and projects also determine our overall grades. By making diligent use of the resources and expert faculty, you can score well in the exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum here feels more practical and idea driven rather than just theory based which was one of the main reasons I chose this course it focuses on design thinking creativity and real execution instead of only textbook learning One of the strongest parts is how it slowly builds your understanding from basics to advanced concepts through projects assignments and presentations this helps in preparing for real world work because you are constantly creating and improving your portfolio rather than just studying for exams The curriculum does prepare you for industry to a good extent especially in terms of creative thinking software usage and project handling but it can improve by including more updated trends real time industry briefs and collaboration with professionals which will make it even more relevant Teaching methods are mostly interactive and practical but sometimes they can include more workshops guest sessions and exposure to current market tools to enhance learning experience Exams are conducted with two internal assessments of around 40 marks each followed by a final semester exam of 70 marks theory and 30 marks practical the difficulty level is moderate if you attend classes and complete your work regularly it is manageable Overall the curriculum is strong in building creative foundation and practical skills but with a few updates and more industry exposure it can become even more effective for future careers

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have really packed timings. We also have a lot of chances. Like an exchange program, internships and many chances to act or work in actual projects. I really hope they could teach us animation in the course and it would really help if the clubs are active. For every exam we have to come up with something new totally out of the box. sometimes we also have to work overtime.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements after the 8th semester, campus selection starts from the 7th semester onwards. Many famous companies hire IIFA students. The college provides 100% placement assistance. most of all the students are placed in one or the other company. I want to become an interior designer and also plan to have my home interior company.

After passing seventh semester you are eligible for taking admission in this college. For campus placement your SGPA should be good and your attendance should be high . 70 Percent students get campus placement . I haven't planned yet .

The college is good but it should work more on campus placements and as an industry, its not very high paying income on an average. So maybe as a govt college, NIFT should change its curriculum to be more industry oriented so that students can get higher paying jobs after their graduation.
