BA from IGNOU or vmou which one is better?

One of my friends is doing his B.A from IGNOU, so I might be able to list a few advantages.

• All of the approved programs are well-known and popular among students and professionals.
• Admission, re-admission, exam form submission, assignment submission, and other procedures are all simple. The majority of these can be completed online.
• The fee is nominal compared to other institutions.
• Study materials are provided and they are of high quality. If you misplace your study materials, you can purchase them online from GPH, Neeraj, or another publication house.
• Assignments count for 30% of the grade, while the rest of the exam accounts for the remaining 70%. 
• Assignments are similar to examination question papers (i.e., a sample question paper); therefore you are also studying for an examination while working on them.
• Examinations (or TEEs) are held in June and December, so you can apply for admission based on your requirements or take any TEE (June or December) starting in your second year of study.
• While filling out the examination form, you can choose any city as your examination center.

Lastly, the study centers are a great place to go if you have any questions or concerns. For IGNOU students, each center has a coordinator and other staff.

Study centers can be located in even the most remote locations, and you can easily discover one within 15 kilometers of your home.
