I think you should consider VJTI College to pursue a CS course. My reasons for choosing VJTI are:

VJTI is one of the best engineering colleges in Maharashtra known for its robust CS course. The program focuses on research and innovation helping students to develop a solid foundation in the basics of CS.
CS students from VJTI compete in several hackathons every year showing the level of education provided to students.
The college also has a dedicated in-house research centre for CoE as well.
Final-year CS students are also exposed to internships to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world scenarios.
The students are also placed in GSOC every year. VJTI also boast a strong industry connection that helps CS students secure job offers from top companies.

BITS Goa would be a better option than VIT, VJTI, BITS Hyderabad, or NIT. Pursuing a degree in CS from BITS Goa would be a better option if it comes to educational excellence, ranking, infrastructure, campus life, hostels, or placement. There are several reasons to choose BITS Goa over other universities are as follows:

Accreditation: The institution has received proper recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) and has earned accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an "A" rating.
Placement: All on-campus placements are managed by the placement department of BITS Goa. At BITS Goa, the placement section is also in charge of training students and arranging internships. The companies that offer internships are Amazon, Microsoft Research, Nutanix, Flipkart, Dreamworks (USA), Samsung, EMC, etc. These internships reward 20 credits to the semester score of a student.

BITS Goa boasts highly of its alumni network. And, the proof of the same is visible with students getting masters from Carnegie Mellon, placements in Google Mountain View, Amazon Seattle, Apple Cupertino, Microsoft Redmond, Facebook Menlo Park, 6+ in Amazon India, 6+ in Flipkart, 4+ in Epic Systems, Goldman Sachs, etc.

Students at BITS have a compulsory six-month internship (for a single degree) and a 12 month internship (for a dual degree).
People also get PPOs with a stipend between 20-30k.
The companies which offer internships are Amazon, Microsoft Research, Nutanix, Flipkart, Dreamworks (USA), Samsung, EMC, etc. These internships reward 20 credits to the semester score of a student.

BITS students are responsible for giving the most reliable startups via RedBus, Swiggy. Microsoft and Google use the innovation of Postman which was a creation by BITS students when they interned at Yahoo.
