Hey there. I don't really know much about WCC. I've only been there for cultural events. I went to Ethiraj for my B Com evening course, and I have to say, those were some of the best times of my life. I made friends who have stuck with me through all the craziness over the years. My classmates came from all sorts of backgrounds, and we had some truly amazing and forward-thinking teachers.

Ethiraj gave me a lot of opportunities to get involved in various activities, which played a big role in shaping who I am today. Ultimately, it depends on what kind of college experience you're looking for and what you want to get out of it. Whether you choose WCC or Ethiraj, both have their merits. Oh, and we didn't have a dress code at Ethiraj!

I can't really pick one over the other because it really depends on what you're looking for. Here are a few things to think about.

First, consider the course you want to take. Look into the departments, their track records, and what past students have to say.

Next, think about whether you want a college experience that's more than just classes. In my experience, Ethiraj was a bit more flexible about letting students join in cultural events and skip classes, even for those in science. My friends at WCC found it a bit stricter.

Lastly, the student community is important too. Both colleges are pretty similar, but WCC tends to have a more diverse group of students.

Regardless of which college you pick, you can carve out your own path and do well. Good luck with your choice!

I chose WCC over Ethiraj mainly because of the atmosphere. I love that it's a women's college, and it has a reputation for providing a supportive environment. The curriculum for my B.Sc in Psychology is well-structured and interesting. Even though the psychology department doesn't focus much on placements, other departments do, and I feel like the overall experience here, including extracurricular activities, is enriching. The faculty is approachable and helpful too, which adds to the positive vibe of the college.

To decide between Ethiraj and WCC, think about what you prioritize: academics or extracurricular activities.

If you're into cultural events and other activities, Ethiraj is a great choice. The teachers there really support activities outside of class. Whether you're into sports, singing, dancing, or other talents, you'll find plenty of opportunities to shine. They often have cultural events where you can show off your skills. If you're talented, you'll do well.

On the other hand, if you're more focused on academics, Ethiraj still works, but you'll need to be proactive. The teachers will guide you, but you’ll have to put in the effort to fully grasp the material. Keep your notes up to date and remember that at college, no one will spoon-feed you. With hard work, good grades are possible.

I don't know much about WCC, but between the two, I'd suggest Ethiraj. With the right friends, your time there could be amazing. Just sharing my thoughts, not trying to push anyone into a decision.

I think WCC is definitely a better choice for B.Com compared to Ethiraj. The faculty is highly qualified, and they genuinely care about our academic success. We have a solid curriculum that covers crucial areas like finance and accounting, which prepares us well for internships and placements.

For instance, many students got placed in good companies like Standard Chartered, and the average package ranges from 4.30LPA to 8.5LPA. The campus life is also vibrant with various cultural events and a good library, making it an overall enjoyable experience.
