How are the hostels at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law Patiala?

The boys hostel is amazing there are two seater and single rooms. Fees is also not that high and mess is also good as I am from UP but I don't think can complain about the food. Most edible food and best mess out of all the NLUs is what we have at RGNUL.

There are two girls hostels in our campus as one was small and so another one has got ready few years back. Apart from ACs I think we have all the facilities. We are one of those NLUs which have attached washrooms and laundary service included in our fees. Also, mess is good and provides very tasty food most of the time.

Hostels are good and also air-conditioned options are also available here. I have opted for the same room and the price for that is 1.1 lakhs a year and non ac options are available at 70k a year. Food in mess is little messy as from the part of India i come, we don't eat parathas for breakfast always but here we have that on most days.

Mine is a two seater room and it is perfect sized but have to use common washrooms as each floor has that. However, even in girls hostels the washrooms are common. Mess is common for boys and girls and in time is 10 pm for both boys and girls at the campus.

Our hostel is best as also there are as many as 6 boys and 4 girls hostel buildings. Probably among the only NLU with single rooms and attach washrooms. Mess is clean and not just Punjabi dishes but we are served South Indian dishes too.
