How are the hostels at KIIT?

The Hostel first facility was also quite good. There are multiple options of three budget non-AC 3 x 2 x 2 bed, non-AC and the price, very according to you, and the food was also quite average as compared to the other Hostel.

The hostel facilities at KIIT are well-organized and comfortable for students.The hostel rooms are usually provided with basic facilities such as beds, study tables, chairs, cupboards , and good internet connectivity . The hostels are clean and have proper security, along with wardens to manage student safely. The mess provides regular meals with a fixed menu, and the food quality is generally decent with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. The hostel registration process is simple and done during the admission process itself , but it was crowdy though. For students staying outside the campus, there are also many PGs and rented rooms available near KIIT road .

There are 2 bed and 3 bed rooms for students. Basic need like mattress pillow bed cupboard are provided by hostel.mess food is not so bad . Also special menu is provided during festivals. Registration for hostel is during addmission in which you are asked whether you want hostel facility or not. Hostel fees is 88000 for 2 bed ac rooms. I stay in hostel but rental room and pg can be found nearby .

The hostel food is eatable but the quality is getting degraded day by day. The registration process for the hostel is done during the time of the admission. Certain hostels are good but the old hostels need renovation. According to the mess fees the food quality is not upto the mark.

WiFi water supply and regular housekeeping are available. Hostels have good security with wardens guards and CCTV which makes them safe especially for first year students. The mess food quality is average but hygienic. The menu is fixed and includes vegetarian and non vegetarian options with three meals a day along with evening snacks. While the food can feel repetitive over time it is manageable and meets basic nutritional needs. Hostel registration is done during the admission process or at the start of each academic year and is simple. Hostel fees are affordable compared to private PGs near campus and include basic facilities and security. Most students prefer campus hostels over renting rooms outside.
