How are the hostels at KIIT?

The hostel facility at KIIT University is comfortable and well managed. Rooms are spacious and provided with basic furniture such as a bed study table chair cupboard ceiling fan and proper lighting. WiFi water supply and regular housekeeping are available. Hostels have good security with wardens guards and CCTV which makes them safe especially for first year students. The mess food quality is average but hygienic. The menu is fixed and includes vegetarian and non vegetarian options with three meals a day along with evening snacks. While the food can feel repetitive over time it is manageable and meets basic nutritional needs. Hostel registration is done during the admission process or at the start of each academic year and is simple. Hostel fees are affordable compared to private PGs near campus and include basic facilities and security. Most students prefer campus hostels over renting rooms outside.

Hostel facility is good . Cleaning happens every week . Meal quality and menu is okayish , you'll like a few items and will not like a few . Registration for hostel is simple filling up of a form with hostel preference . I live in 3 sharing ac room which costs 60,000 per sem . For non ac its more affordable around 40k per sem .

There are basically two types of room available either 3 bedded non ac or 3bedded ac room . You can check the prices on the website as it keeps changing. Hostel food i truly quite good for me and also you can rent a room or Pg near the campus if you want.

The hostels are safe and well equipped with seperate blocks, access to 24x7 Wi-Fi, reading rooms, several indoor/outdoor games, and both AC/non-AC facilities with 2-3 sharing. The mess is attached and the food quality varies per hostel.

In my hostel in one room there is 3 member.provide bed ,table fan also there. Also in room cupboard is there. mess rent is 2000 Mess is very good.wednesday and sunday feast is provided.in afternoon time pulses bhaji provided .in breakfast pohe khichdi shevya provided.also privided milk and fruits.
