How are the hostels at PDEU?

The hostel room is decently sized and shared between 3 people. Has your basic amenities like a wardrobe,bed, study table and an attached washroom (if you're in the new high rise hostel) otherwise a common one. The best amenity is that the Air Conditioner. Since you don't have to pay for electricity (since the college has a 1MW solar farm) you can keep the AC running practically 24/7. The Registration process is fairly easy and the hostel cost is competitively priced at 180000 for the whole year including food. The food in the mess is alright, you get 4 meals a day and eggs in the morning and evening and non-veg is available twice a week. The food is okay for a hostel. There are options to rent flats nearby and share it with other students although it will be difficult finding one that accepts bachelor students as tenants. But it does come with it's perks of freedom. There are other PGs and Hostels as well if you don't find accomodation in the University run hostel.

hostel divided into 2 parts first year in UG hostel and 2nd 3rd and 4th year student in high rise hostel , room high rise have 3 bed sharing with attach bathroom and provided AC facility , meal menu and quality in mess is not pretty good no tasting type of food and some times mess have done mistake in quality too overall its okayy to go but yeah not too good , for hostel registration while admission on website they gave us option and ask for it further process college mail u details in personal . near by pg are like geeta residency and darsh hostel and JMD 1, 2 , AUGUST HOSTEL etc ..

The hostel accommodations of Pandit Deendayal Energy University are well-equipped and well-maintained, . The mess food is fair, though people have mixed reviews about it. . For others who prefer rented housing, there are PGs and flats for rent in areas close by such as Raysan and Kudasan, with greater freedom but more management of food and electricity.

The hostel year is amazing, contain a bed, table of side table, table lamp, AC mattress, curtain, and every community that is provided by hostel, whereas the match food over here is really amazing, having a wide variety of menu of veg and non-veg and also Jain food is available here. The test and hygiene of the food and samples are taken every day to reassure the quality of the food. The hosts are just 50m away from the college.

Hostel rooms are good, there are mostly triple sharing rooms. Girls hostel is there both in campus and out campus which is high-rise but boys hostel is outside the campus only. The registration process is done at the same time of the tuition fee payment.
