How is the faculty at XIME Bangalore?

Faculty to student is balanced at XIME insuring individual attention and quality attractions just is thaf the college don't provide much resources to the students so sometimes students feels depressed.

XIME Bangalore offers a robust academic experience, backed by a highly experienced faculty and a well-structured curriculum. The faculties here are highly knowledgable with lot of experience in their whole career. All the faculties focus on giving the students a great exposure to the related subject they are teaching. Some of the faculties are deeply dedicated to giving a great experience to students during their classes, with lot of case studies, real projects and so many other activities. The faculties which I like most are Dr. Subramanian K, Professor Anil J Philip, Dr. Mahesh M V, Dr. Christopher Rajkumar, Dr. Biswajit Mohanty, Dr. Johnson Clement and Dr. Athouba. All these above faculties are highly dedicated to their work and give great knowledge. There are 2 exams such as mid term and end term. Both happens in such a way that there are more than 1 exam each day and within 3 days all exams will be over. The marking schemes recently is very interesting because there is mark for class presentation, quiz, project, class participation, attendance and so many other aspects and not just the exams.

The faculty members are knowleagble and are well-versed with the course structure. We have permanent faculties as well as visiting faculties in outr college who are from IIMs and XLRI. Some faculties are the go-to student facukties such as Dr, Mahesh Sir, Professor Anil Philip Sir and Mr. Subbu Sir are very friendly and approachable. There are total 6 semesters . We also have mid- term exams before our end-term exams so that we are well-prepared with the course and are confident before writing the final exams.

A class has 60 students and each faculty is assigned with 20 students as Mentors. Each term has a mid term and end term.So in an year we will be having 3 midterms and 3 end terms. The curriculum is being changed based on what the corporate environment excepts.
