The hostel at XIME is a compulsory, fully residential facility with separate buildings for men and women. Rooms are primarily triple-sharing, with some facilities offering attached washrooms, especially for male students, while females often have common washrooms in the first year. Amenities include study tables, chairs, weekly cleaning, washing machines, and Wi-Fi. The campus provides 24-hour water and electricity. Recreational facilities include a gym, indoor games, and courts for tennis, basketball, and badminton.
The mess offers diverse food options with a mix of North and South Indian cuisines, though reviews on quality vary. The proximity of the hostels to the main campus ensures convenience. Despite some reviews of food quality and room congestion, the hostel is described as safe and well-maintained. A new hostel building is under construction to address space issues.
